This place is usually really great. Most staff is kind and compassionate. The wait is short. There are a few providers who seem rude and judgmental. Sometimes you can feel the tension. I don't think inappropriate behavior is called out by coworkers. The bad experiences were really bad, and the employee did not appear concerned about repercussions.

We recently had to go to urgent care at Saint Rose in Great bend. It was a wonderful experience. Our provider, Ed Habash, was very knowledgeable and related well to us. He took the time to explain exactly what we needed to do to feel better and was very kind and calm while doing so. While being sick can suck, it’s nice to know we have St. Rose available, especially with excellent providers like ed.

The nursing staff is great! If you get Ed Habash, turn around and immediately leave! He is beyond rude! He never introduced himself to my family or I. My family was in there due to illness. When he asked my child and I what we were taking for symptoms and we told him, he shook his head, laughed, and said those would never help us. He proceeded to say those items will make us more ill and to never use OTC items. Then, he really gave us no relief. Here we are 5 days later and we are still just as ill. The man needs to find other work that does not deal with the public!

Better off going to walmart and getting a home remedy or natural cures book, ridiculous...
