Usually very happy with the care and way we are treated but not today, very disappointed and will probably report my concerns on the way I was treated.

if there was an option to do a lower rating i would, i’m pregnant and was getting migraines frequently and being reluctant on hospitals already about 6 weeks of daily debilitating migraines i decided to go into the er for hopefully some answers. a dr jackson(?) came in very rude, unhelpful and told me “we don’t prescribe narcotics and it was non emergent so she couldn’t help me” when in no way i was looking to get narcotics, i wanted to check on my baby (which she didn’t) and maybe get some answers or some relief as to why i was in so much pain. i believe she was discriminating against me because of the way i look. very unprofessional, unhelpful and the lady shouldn’t be allowed to work with humans. i would say she should look into veterinary work but i wouldn’t want her taking care of my dogs. go elsewhere if you can handle the car ride.

Horrible place. I’d rather go without any medical attention than walk back through the doors of this supposed hospital. The doctor that my wife and I were seen by has a terrifyingly low IQ level, as well as, nonexistent social skills. If you’re in search for genuine professional care, avoid this place if at all possible.

Do not bother to request and communication with the administration of this so called hospital, 3 months have past and i am, still awaiting a response. i have emails saying they will reach out to me over my treatment or lack of it. A Doctor who says one thing and 24 hours later denies what he said. Solely to protect another Doctor who likes to tell lies also. Only 1 person appeared to be interested in the situation and she was in records!

My wife spent a week in this hospital this year and last and we both were very happy with staff and rooms.
