Had a great experience with this Hospital. Bruce is a great nurse and made the experience so much better. All the staff and doctor were very patient , understanding and knowledgeable. I would visit this hospital again.

Clean and well organized. Staff friendly, patient, understanding, helpful and professional I was quite impressed after my first visit. Update to follow after my 2nd and 3rd visits.

All the doctors and nurses were great but one female nurse was not she is skinny with brown hair and she was in there June 29th, 2019 the day dr young was working. While I was having my svt spell (heart disease) she was rude when I asked her to get me some water because I couldn't get up to do it an said (Oh my god! Huh, Whatever you want!) .. she needs to be nicer to her patients, if she had a bad day that still gives her no excuse to be rude

My husband was sick and I live in McMinnville, i would not dare take him here. I was trying to get him to Murfreesboro and we didn't make it, I had to take him to woodbury hospital. They came and got him out of my truck and by the time I parked my truck they already had him in triog and IV in him. They ended up putting him in for 3 days. They have a wonderful ER staff and the nurses was awesome. I wish our hospital was at wonderful as they are. I will not go anywhere but to woodbury now.

Very Poor care In Radiology and ER. Complained several times to HR and nothing is ever done about the way staff treated patients care or privacy. They seem to always have excuses. Staff in radiology also tried to perform tests using medications I was allergic to. When I rescheduled the tests so they could get appropriate medication that I did not have an allergy to they said I refused tests when I brought it to corporate attention. Very sad that nothing is ever addressed.
