Summit Hospital is where all 12 of our children have been born. The staff of nurses and other support staff have always been awesome. We've visited the Emergency room on countless occasions and always encountered great service. I took a neighbor to the emergency room and at the registration desk was a young lady by the name of Delaney. With calling my neighbor's relatives, etc., I must have gone outside 30 times. Each time I came back in, she was happy, smiling, and pushing the button to let me back in. She is one who represents the hospital very well.

Glen the NR was one of the most horrible nurses iv ever had .he was putting an iv in me blood everywhere and walked away and just left it. Iv asked 5 people whats going on and no one knows or they repeat themselves every time they come with the same response for hours. The worst hospital iv ever bet too!!!!!!

I am surprised by the negative reviews of this hospital. My husband has had 3 major surgeries there, since 2014. Every surgery was run like clockwork! The staff was absolutely phenomenal, pre-op, post op, etc. No complaints at all. I had double hernia surgery there, and it was effortless and professional. We have been to Chandler Regional in the valley, twice, and the experience there was horrendous! We would chose Summit in Show Low, any day of the week!

Broken ankle and foot. No wheelchair and no crutches and no pain meds. Radiologist only found the broken ankle. Thanks, redneck with a paycheck.

New building is nice but still some growing pains.
