Are you kidding me. They have no idea who's working there. Who's in what department. And what each other are doing. The communication breakdown is amazing. How can you function as a hospital. Or in life without communication. Hey you, do you have that guy ? oh yeah, yeah ,oh he's not here he went to the other place, do you have the phone number no no....... the first Greeting is wonderful the second one is and the third why are you calling here. Sorry did I interrupt lunch.!

If I could give a zero star I would. Don't go to the er here unless you want to get misdiagnosed, ignored, laughed at, mocked and sent home. I went here because i had not eaten for a week, i could not swallow. Not even water. It hurt too bad. They said i had the flu. And discharged me. Long story short my esophagus was full of ulcers.

Absolute worst nursing staff I've seen. If you're pregnant and too irritable to care for people effectively I don't care about your bills I don't care about your pride you don't need to be working. I went to this emergency room one week ago with extreme stomach pain and crazy sweating and tremors and I was freezing cold. I asked Jennifer the nurse on staff for a blanket and she actually said to me"you can either have this medicine or you can have a blanket" the cart with the blankets was right outside the door and the lady doing my intake paperwork actually stepped outside the door and grabbed one for me in less than a second. If I could give 0 stars I would. Also I now have a blood clot in my arm from Jennifer missing my iv like 11 times because she was frustrated. And yes I did complain to the highest ranking official I could get in my room .If you can avoid it dont go here.

Doctors are idiots.
My wife spent 9 hours in a room and the doc did a few tests and in the end said, "well, we dont know what it is". Then he sent us home with some meds that might work. (They didnt).
They area clurless on who goes in and out.
My sister in law waited in a room for an hour and a half and when the first nurse saw her, she told her that she was being discharged.
The doc that daw her checked her stomach when she had pain in her eye and head.
Everyone says that this hospital kills people and it sounds true.

Labor and Delivery and Postpartum wings were absolutely amazing. Every single nurse and staff worker were competent, caring, and wonderful. My experience was so great. Everyone was caring and took their time with me and my newborn. Everything was explained to me and I did not have a single bad experience.
