I wish I could give a zero star I went in feeling sick nauseous very sick , the admin was awesome and very helpful but the nurses and doctors I wonder what school they went to that they were not taught how to wear gloves while handling a patient, anyways I was in pain and the nurses gave me some painkillers through the IV, my body was so overwhelmed and in pain the doctor decided to admit me overnight to watch me I waited in the ER for 7hrs waiting to be taken to a room with a comfortable bed , no nurse came to follow up with me for the7hrs my boyfriend had to get up and grab someone only to find out they out there chit chatting I asked one of the nurses to take out my IV because I was frustrated and was left unattended for a long period of time the nurse still didn’t wear gloves so y’all can expect a lawsuit from me you better not bill my insurance I had to go to another hospital in the middle of the night
The absolute best nurses and dr I have ever had. Dr. Jennings was very thorough, understanding and polite and the nurse, Keisha was more than 5 stars! If there is a best nurse ever award, that woman deserves it. Not even kidding. Highly recommend this place.
I'm new to the area, and decided to take my son in to this place based on the previous positive reviews. After receiving impressive and prompt service, I felt obligated to back previous reviews. The staff was very helpful and attentive. I was shocked at how great the services were!! If I ever need emergency help again for me or my sons, I will definitely return to this place.
I had to bring my nephew here for and emergency and I was impressed with the service from the front door. We had a great experience. Both the nurses and doctors were very helpful and provided prompt service. However, the TV's didn't work and we were ultimately transferred to a children's hospital for treatment.
Over all the facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only issue I had was after I left the hospital. Texas General Hospital apparently outsources work to surgeons and other physicians. the doctor that performed my surgery negligently left a nice size piece of guide wire behind which was used to insert a Foley catheter. ive been suffering from his mistake ever since. how will Texas General Hospital HELP to rectify that Dr's mistake.
