Both experiences I have had with loved ones giving birth here are absolutely TERRIBLE! The first one was just the non-attentiveness they showed to my friend and didn’t help her with absolutely anything when it came time for her to go home. But the second time me being there was for my little sister and after she gave birth they handed her a menu and said that’s where she ordered from. She didn’t eat from 7pm until 1pm the NEXT day because nobody was asking if she ate or checking on her. Now she is having complications because they didn’t tell her anything about taking care of her stitches or how to handle any of that when she went home. I’m appalled at this place and I will never ever recommend them to anybody ever.

Everybody was pretty awesome, though my nurse aid, Sara, was super cute and I would definitely ask for her # but it’s kinda impolite since you’re at work, so Sara hmu. I’m the guy with the throat problem that was in OBY-19.
Anyway, everyone was knowledgeable and helped me get everything I needed and provided excellent overall service!

I had surgery a month ago Dr. Phibbs was professional and respectful, knowledgeable, kind and caring.
The nurses were the same, they explained what medications to keep taking & not to take before & after surgery, let me know what was going to happen during and after surgery.
It was outpatient surgery so i didn't stay overnight. I have no complaints.

Gave birth via emergency c section after a “student doctor “ told me breaking my water will be safe and after breaking it having 17 people students nurses all kinds of titles are swarming me saying something went wrong I was very irritated but the doctor that performed my c section and the anesthesiologist That numbed me we’re awesome and kept me calm throughout the process. The night Time nurses were amazing sweet hearts. There were two that were rude. I hear a lot of bad about Toledo hospital and baby births and injuries , not sure I wanna go brought them again tho.

This is my second stay at Toledo Hospital. Wasn’t impressed the first time and definitely not the second. I was scheduled a week prior to coming in. On my first day here, I didn’t even get my morning meds until 3:40 in the afternoon; and I’m here for seizures and Epilepsy. I asked my nurse for my meds repeatedly and couldn’t seem to get them. Plus I have another very important Med that I have to take, which in return is making me ill but it’s comes later and later EVERYDAY!! This medication should be taken around 5-6 PM and I’m not getting it till 11 PM. This has happened for 3 days in a row now. There is really no excuse for any of this to be happening. Other issues as well but all I can do is hope and pray the next two days get better, but I doubt it😠
