I had a mixup with my appointment being made. Which every body makes mistakes and I’ve never had this issue before I’ve been coming here for while. But when I expressed my frustration to the staff member who made the mistake she was extraordinarily rude, told me my new appointment date, cut me off and hung up on me. I except most nurses to be stuck up, it’s just how they are in my opinion... but seriously? It’s your job.. lack of professionalism ‍♀️Other than that I wouldn’t see any other doctor. The wait times are long because the doctor is good! Every one comes to see them. You book your appointment a month in advance. I don’t understand why people have issue with the wait time. That’s just ignorant and silly to me.

Dr Shields I can't thank you enough . Most doctors would of said you have a belly ache . I really feel that way . You nailed it . Were still at children's 28 shocks later but he's alive because you took us seriously . Your awesome. I can't thank you enough Dr Pate would be proud. Thank you so much . Were still scared but we're still here. Because of you.

After going thru a horrible time finding help for my son Nate at Unity Health was a breath of fresh air..finally someone who actually cared!

They do need to post a Compass sign so persons can find the facility. Drove around building twice!

Ok where do I start I had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Jones was my doctor how great a doctor she is, I'm grateful to have had her. My nurse was Sherry she had the greatest attitude, professional and great bed side manner. Even called after my surgery the following day to check on me. Marcey was another nurse great attitude great personality. Don't want to forget to mention Ms. Sue I'm not fond of needles at all but this lady was proficient and kind ( I didn't bite my lip once). All in all GREAT STAFF at Unity Health.
