I wanted to give a five stars review after my visit today for the second time to this facility. I had to get some tests done at the radiology department, and what an impressive encounter did I have. The staff accommodated me and change my MRI appointment to an earlier time. Thank you MRI staff, the entire staff were top notch!
I am really hoping for future visits to be at the same level of professionalism and care! Thank you for serving those who served!
If I could give this hospital negative stars I would. It’s sad that as a Veteran, I have to wait up to 12 hours in the Emergency Room. To expedite this grueling process, Nurse Practitioners should attend to minor emergencies which would minimize longer wait times. I honestly should be getting paid for this 12 hour bout.
I’m not really even sure why I’m bothering to write this, but I can’t help feeling so discouraged whenever dealing with this place. I’d rather put myself thousands of dollars into debt to get decent healthcare and be treated as a human being. This is an awful place
My son goes to this hospital, and normally, he is happy with the care. However, today, he had an appointment in the same day surgery unit. He showed up at the scheduled time, and they did all the pre-op preparation. Then, when he was brought into the operating suite, they discovered that one person on the team who couldn't be replaced, was not present. That's why I gave only three stars. This, apparently, wasn't due to a sudden emergency. It was just a mix up in scheduling. At least they told him the truth about it. That's a good thing.
Unbelievable poor experiences every time. This most recent one I waited four hours in the waiting room after the nurses line specifically told me to go to the ER just for them to keep me in my room for another four hours to the point I requested just to go home if they weren’t going to see me. Doctor FINALLY showed up and gave me six pills I could have bought at Walgreens and sent me home. Absolute joke of a hospital, and this is JUST the ER. I am still in a ridiculous amount of pain because the soonest the my doctor, who is equally incompetent and refuses to treat issues (like giving allergy meds to someone who turned out to have a chest infection), can see me is in 3 weeks.
