feedback about West Houston Medical Center
I went in today to be seen before I start to detox off of a controlled substance. I wanted to know what all to do and asked the doctor for medication that would get me through. He and the nurse were very very nice, understanding, and non judgemental. I was in and out very fast. Thank you West Houston Hospital for giving me what I need to beat this addiction!!!
I had the pleasure to deliver my baby at this amazing hospital.. Everything was amazing, I was treated with respect, all the doctors and nurses were always there to help and assist me.. It almost felt like I was in a Hotel ♥ Best Experience ever! If I was to have another baby I would come back to this excellent hospital.
Going to ER is not an easy experience, in fact is little confusing and scary, but I am so glad I came to this hospital. Since the minute I called they made me feel confident and supported. The nurses, medical personal, maintenance people, everyone is very kind and treat you with dignity and respect. Lastly I am so grateful with doctor Reilly, he is a professional, wonderful and caring human being. Thank you all at West Houston Medical Center for making my apendectomy a great experience.
If there was a 0 rating i would give it to them. I called to ask the status of a patient, my uncle, whom i heard died so i wanted to confirm and because i didn’t have a code they couldn’t let me know but it was the way i was told with such disrespect from the people at the ICU the way he stated, “I know his status but i won’t tell you, and i am too busy for this, bye” and just clicked didn’t let me speak nor transfer me to their room or anything, such a shame and waste of a Hospital, when it should be better equipped to help those concerned family members but they can’t even do that.
Great nurses and staff that provide fantastic and amazing service, but be prepared to be financially robbed despite your best efforts and due diligence to select in network providers and locations. Received an outrageous newborn auditory screening bill which is necessary to take to infant out of hospital but apparently can be done by whoever they want and they wont disclose whether said doctor is in network. pity because most healthcare mandates provide and cover cost of newborn hearing tests, unless the provider is out of network. When the mother is fatigued and exhausted from birth a cantankerous person zooms in demanding signatures to hurriedly so they can gleefully charge a small fortune from you.
