Very nice, pleasant environment. Staff very friendly and very concerned about me and how I was feeling. I didn't get a chance to review my hospital stay in August. Extremely good service. They took good care of me. I tried not bother the nurses too much, but they assisted me when I needed them. The gentleman that took me for testing gave me such uplifting spiritual encouragement. It made me feel so much better. I'm so glad that I chose to come there. I would highly recommend this facility.

I was well taken care of, from admission to delivery of my baby. They also had to keep me an extra night when my blood pressure wasn't so controlled. Until it was okay to discharge me. They are also very open to making your stay at the hospital better and improving in the care they give.

By far, the worst hospital ever. The doctors, nurses, caretakers lack a considerable amount of compassion. I asked the nurse about my mother’s treatment and he said, “Didn’t you just ask me that?” I’m so appalled. It doesn’t matter what you may have going on in your personal life. You cannot bring that to your profession while another persons life is in your hands. West Houston truly needs to evaluate who they have employed. From the ER to admit. HORRIBLE. Even in the past I’ve had horrible experience at West Houston Dermatology. I’m fed up with the customer service here and it’s very hard to put my trust in the quality of patient care with inconsiderate healthcare professionals

I was distressed to see so many negative reviews - which prompted me to add my recent experience. Last month think food poisoning, taken to ER via ambulance. Thought taken all necessary docs. - but 'forgot' my Visa card. Ready to be released at 3 a.m. but no means of transportation at that hour. Dr. on duty GAVE me $20 out of his own pocket and nurse called a Yellow Cab to return me back home! Of course next day returned $30 with note expressing gratitude. Thankfully, had worn 'modest' nightgown! Also care and concern excellent from all on duty!

They are always nice and helpful in the ER section. Been here 4 times for different situations and they're always kind. BTW the ER is faster and better than before.
