We seek healthcare executives with operational experience, technology leaders who have built healthcare systems at scale, regulatory experts with HIPAA or ONC expertise, and patient advocates. The commitment is 4-6 hours per month. Advisors receive equity compensation and direct access to board strategy discussions.

What is the time commitment?
We ask for approximately 4-6 hours per month, including a 1-hour monthly meeting, occasional ad-hoc calls, and an annual in-person summit.
How are advisors compensated?
Advisors receive equity grants in the form of stock options, vesting over a 2-year period. Specific terms are discussed during the interview process.
What's the term length?
Initial advisory terms are typically 2 years, with mutual option to extend. Either party can end the relationship with 30 days notice.
Can I be an advisor if I work for a competitor?
We evaluate potential conflicts on a case-by-case basis. Please disclose any potential conflicts in your application and we'll discuss during the interview.
