feedback about Abilene Regional Medical Center
I want to shout out a Thank You to all the wonderful caregivers at Abilene Regional Medical Center! The diagnosis ,care and treatment during my stay in the ER/ Hospital for a Pulmonary Embolism was outstanding, professional and compassionate. I’m back home now on the mend with a great appreciation for all that took such great care of me....Thank You Again!
Went after a car accident of being in pain from head to toe. I had to sit in waiting room in wheel chair for 5 hrs. When I finally got called to go back in a room, the transport lady was rude and then the nurse wasn’t very concerned and just treated me like an everyday car accident. I couldn’t even move or stand and feel I should’ve gotten an arm brace, neck brace and crutches. I didn’t even have a doctor come talk to me or look at me. Now I’m at home with stomach pain and blood in my urine and can barely move around stuck to my couch. I will probably have to go back to the ER but will try an express one instead as I should have in the first place.
This is my second time to visit the womens center at Regional.
The ladies at the front, Sherry and the other lady, Were so super sweet and it continued into each patient who arrived after me. These ladies are so amazing and the reason I chose to come back to this location a second time!!!!!!!!!!
Had a good 6 day stay, everyones nice and polite,i would not hesitate to go there agian , has my 5 star rating, thanks
ER docs are horrible. Couldn’t even diagnose a UTI in my elderly grandmother. Sent her home said she was dehydrated and she didn’t need an antibiotic. Next day had to rush her to HENDRICK MEDICAL CENTER and she almost didn’t make it. Thanks to the GREAT DOCS and staff at HMC they found she had UTI and started her immediately on strong IV antibiotics and other supplements she was low on. Wouldn’t recommend Abilene Regional Medical Center to anyone.
