Had the worst experience ever less than a year ago in this hospital and discussed it with the responsible department there twice already as everyone around wanted me to let hospital know about my experience with a doctor there and to prevent such unethical things from happening to other patients in the future but unfortunately they care for their employees (doctors,....) money .... more than patient issues and concerns. The hospital supports wrong actions and trust wrong words even if you have 100 documents to prove your case . They don’t care for the patient’s grievance at all. They never got back to me to discuss my issues.

I took my wife over there to the ICU for a first visit the other day and everything went smoothly, and everyone was nice, we were pleased. Recommended!

It was a wonderful first experience in this hospital.
Well behaved, professional and capable personnel, Surgeon doctor(Patil) and nurses in particular.
I sincerely appreciate My great surgeon doctor and outstanding nurses.

I am currently a patient here for over a week and there is a serious communication problem on my unit. I have cystic fibrosis and heard the president of the hospital also has this, so I thought its be a good place to get listened to and i was right, the doctors here are very receptive to the care i wish to receive as we have worked together to figure out what's wrong. Unfortunately, the problem lies within the nursing staff as is have to wait at least 30 mins. and up to 2 hours for anything I ask for. Not to mention the several times i have to repeat myself to be understood or receive the clarification i need. I am used to being able to talk directly to my nurses when I need something, but here you need to hit the call light and talk to a secretary who will then page your nurse for you, if you are lucky and do not forget between the several calls I'm assuming they need to take. which means if you're asking them to page your nurse because you need the nurse to page a doctor or RT or whatever this process is even more inconvenient. I try to hit my call light too much and annoy my nurse, but several times they will come in my room to say they never even got a page. the nurses are kind and the doctors are great, but there is no such thing as a simple ask for anything which makes needing anything a chore and youre just left wondering if someone's on the way, or if they're with another patient (yes, im aware im not the only one they have), or if they even got a page at all. I really hope they can figure something out because it's quite frustrating and maddening. And do not even get me started on the food haha given that no one expects much from hospital food anyways.

So basically my sister got stitches due to a deep cut from a exacto knife and when they stitched her up they did it improperly. In fact, they were suppose to give her an x-ray just in case, but they didn’t Nor did they numb her foot fully enough, they didn’t give her shot of antibiotics or any prescription medication or tylenol after they stitched her up. She went to her doctors a week later and her doctor said they did a horrible job. Her doctor mentioned they stitched it to tight from top and bottom except the middle which was loose in which caused it to bleed and heal the way it’s not suppose to be. Now she has to wait another 2 weeks for it to heal. But I must say the doctors that attended my sister were quite nice but that’s about it.
