This was an ordeal. I came in at 7;13pm and we are still at the hospital. They just opened and basically are in over their heads. Once scene they are pretty good, BUT the wait is unconscionable. Basic discharge is taking close to an hour. At this point the wait is really due to the hospital being in disarray. Nobody knows what to do.

Extremely nice and professional staff. I am very happy with the care my in law has received so far. This is our second time here for a procedure that requires overnight stay and we are pleased with everything.

I had mastectomy, port placement & removal and ovaries removed at this hospital and the care I received was excellent. The nurses and staff were all positive and very responsive. They addressed my needs quickly and went the extra mile to help me feel safe and calm during a difficult time. I would not go anywhere else for surgery and hospital needs.

It is a dangerous and uncaring hospital system which years ago rushed to take my parents off life support and on the other hand more recently was unable to fax a report of a possible rabid animal to animal control authorities while charging us over $1000 for a less than hour hour visit to the ER. Then, I spoke to patient relations about it and the woman I spoke to who admitted she doesn't even know what the consequences of a rabid animal bite are, then calls me back to say they followed all proper procedures by faxing the form over, but she fails to provide one bit of proof to prove that to be the case. Neither does she have any proper explanation for charging $1,000 for a non-complex dog bit which they simply observed, but did not treat beyond providing a tetanus shot. One star is too generous since untreated rabies causes death.

I’ve one been there for care twice. They do have the shortest waiting time compared to other higher rated hospitals in the dmv. Ive been checked, Medicated and scanned and discharged all in 4 hours. I may have also gone in when it was not that busy. But the doctors and nurses do try their best to check on you in between servicing patients especially when it’s busy. I’ve had good experiences. Don’t agree with some of the doctors medical advice, listen to the patient even if you think they are lying. The patient knows their bodies.
