feedback about Adventist Healthcare Washington Adventist Hospital
Extremely nice and professional staff. I am very happy with the care my in law has received so far. This is our second time here for a procedure that requires overnight stay and we are pleased with everything. Highly recommend for any cardiovascular procedure you may need.
Called to make an appt and was hung up on after being transferred twice.
Ok hospital I have definitely been in better care.
Worse service ever the star is only for 2 of the nurses my sister is here having a delivery and they are so rude the old guy who do the anesthesia was a inept person the first one he did in the wrong place my sister was having a crazy headache after 4 hour he try to put the second one and surprise he was not able to put he put s lot of excuses she was holding her back for more then 40 minutes the catéter don’t work,, he open s new package and did another I told him was a last chance he work for 20 more minutes finally he did it , I told him maybe he need help and he said is not body here to help him I don’t know his name but he look like a corean but am really disappointed with this hospital!!!
A loved one suffered a heart attack and was transferred to Adventist HealthCare for follow-up testing. The facilities are filthy and the staff is rude. Then, without any warning or consultation, she was given a roommate with a severe and constant cough (there is currently a fata flu epidemic, and it seems likely this is what the roommate is coughing into the air). My loved one requested a room transfer and was denied. Now I've been on the phone trying to talk to the charge nurse about this situation and I've been on hold for 20 minutes. If you care about your health or the health of your loved ones, use a different hospital.
