UPDATE 11-25-18: The hospital staff lacks compassion & human decency. The employees need intense personal communication training. Don't mention the word CHRIST in your name if your actions, views & thoughts are not "CHRISTlike". A hospital is where people come for medical treatment, not to be judged, which is the opposite of what Christ believes. Thou shalt not judge, lest thee be judged! All staff employed should be objective when treating patients. Care is based upon need, not race, color, nationality, or creed. Why I'm here should have no effect on the doctors & nurses care plan. People coming to visit loved ones should be met with kindness & understanding, not brute force or prejudice. We should feel welcomed & accepted within the facility, instead of being given the impression that "our kind" isn't wanted here.
If you convert the ICU step-down into a regular unit, be cognizant of the fact that there are no toilets! Remove the cameras! If a patient isn't incapacitated & mobile they shouldn't be in these rooms. Obviously that wasn't something the board members or administration thought about. Very uncomfortable. Valet brought my car back with a flat tire, which I obviously couldn't have driven to the hospital with, and wouldn't take responsibility for it. On top of that, the food is disgusting! Thankfully they have a great cafeteria that's open most of the day & late at night. You can also order food & snacks from the gift shop
I would rate it 4, I admitted in this hospital their nurses and staff are professional. They ER is horrible, I waited there for like 2hours to get my turn. Overall good and professional Doctors and Staff, hence Satisfied.
Always great things to say about the hospital, nurses, and doctors. I have to mention one particular today. Wife had surgery yesterday. Was taken care of by one of the most genuine, passionate, helpful, and informative nurses I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Chris was caring and firm at the same time. She is exactly what my wife needed to get through her first night. We appreciate her very much!
3 years ago, my mother had an anursim on one of her main veins leading up to her neck which gave her stroke-like symptoms, but fortunately was minor. According to the doctors, no signs of brain damage was present. She was in the hospital for 2 weeks getting exams after exams. She had a nurse she says was a male who attended her so well. I wish she remembered his name. According to her, she has never received that attention from a Nurse. He was so caring and considerate of her she was thankful.
I recently had an Endoscopy done here in the Pediatric Outpatient Center, and it was the best hospital experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was so kind and friendly towards me and made me feel at home. I couldn’t have asked for better nurses and doctors!
