Affinity Medical Center

I went here 2 weeks ago to get tests done for out patient surgery. Everyone was nice and very helpful! Today I had my surgery and again the staff was very nice and helpful! I'm glad I came here even with people's bad reviews I just didn't see the issues here! Thank Affinity for a good stay, even though I had to be there for surgery!

I took my dad there for services in couceling with a social worker and she (Katie) wouldn't listen to what we were saying. I'm not one for complaining, but we are the consumer and deserve respect.she was running behind and was in a hurry to keep her schedule. We really didn't get the time we deserved or needed. I'm not sure what's happening to our healthcare system, but it starts and ends with the staff you hire. You may want to take a hard look at those employees and if you really want them representing your name.

I'm still mad at this hospital. I was going to have my oldest there and they decided that a maternity ward just wasn't something the city of massillon needed (there are 0 within the city because of them because they closed theirs and doctors hospital as well) and when I was pregnant with my second I started bleeding and they made it 100% clear I was NOT welcome there even though it is the within walking distance from my house. I wouldn't go there in a real emergency.

I love love love this wonderful helpful place. If anyone has tried to get emergency care at Mercy or Aultman, you will appreciate how amazing the difference will be. They are rarely busy and get you in quickly. They are fast, kind, thoughtful wonderful staff. They are always friendly and take their time to be thorough and listen to all of your symptoms and concerns. I will never take my family anywhere else again! Thanks again Affinity staff!

I would not take my dog to this so called hospital... had my foot smashed by a 2500 lb lift they missed broken bones in my foot and the er doctor asked me if I wanted pain medicine i said yes and the nurse came back and told me to go home and take advil ?? They didn't even clean the wound up sent me home and charged m e $3800. Had to go see a real doctor at Cleveland clinic
