Overall a good place to go to there are no perfect hospital or emergency room anywhere in the world to go to.
So after I read some of the reviews other left I felt obligated to say my piece.
I have taken few of my family members and few of my tenant and people that I know into that hospital and overall I would give them 4 star of of 5.
God bless all the people working and doing volunteer work in that place.
Today is 2/3/18. My mom has not been able to get any toilet paper in her room since her stay began 1/31/18. She asked multiple times during multiple shifts. Tonight I went to the public restrooms. To get some toilet paper. Then the staff finally brought her some toilet paper.
The ER was chaotic but it's flu season.
My mom was in danger of being paralyzed because of a ruptured disk and they finally admitted her after 8 hours in ER in extreme pain.
The rooms are filthy, and disgusting.
Just cruel to watch my mother suffering because her day nurse was so bad and didn't care to read her chart or give meds when asked on time.
Amanda her day Nurse is a horrible RN.
Go to hoag or any other ER if you can.
I would take Kaiser Permanente over this hospital.
Nurses at night make faces if their busy. Hey! HR! You better check your staff at night.
My 91 year old mother was left waiting in the emergency room for 5 hours and was never seen even with a possible brain concussion. Worst hospital ever!
