My wife went in for chest pains and her insurance information was never collected. The hospital contacted her while she was at work so she called back twice and left messages. Never got a response back. Months later we now have a collection company asking for $1,300 and now it's too late for our insurance to claim it. Why was her insurance information not collected at the time of appointment and when my wife tries to get it to you, she gets no response back for months?

This is the worst Emergency service I have seen in my entire life in USA...we checked in little before 8pm 8/21/19....now it's 1:15am the next day (8/22/19) and my wife hasn't seen the Dr yet.Five hrs...this is ridiculous. This's prove that the system is messed up. My advice to you...Don't get sick Or don't go to this place!

This is the worse hospital that I been to. I took by brother in because he has a pain in is side. We got there at 12pm and we left at 6:30pm we got tried of waiting just to see a doctor which we never did. This hospital needs to get there stuff together. I glad that it was not a live or death situation. Or we could have been screwed.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is absolutely the worst hospital I've ever been to. I checked in at 8pm it's now close to 4am and I have heard nothing. Not one nurse offered me any type of pain relief. No one is in the e.r. so WTH is the issue. I've asked when is my name going to be called and how many people are in front of me and the nurse says nothing. Being in excruciating pain is not fun and your staff needs to do a better job far as helping with pain.

This is the worst of all hospitals I have ever gone to. The nurses are rude and ignore you when you need them the most. The Doctors are understaffed and cant take the proper time with you. If admitted they take anywhere from 1 8 hours getting you into a bed. My suggestions go to St. Judes. You would be a lot better off.
