I had nothing but a positive experience. I was 38 weeks pregnant and was supposed to deliver at another hospital. However; knew I wasn't going to make it to the right hospital. Staff was great and baby boy ended up in the special care nursery due to having low blood sugar (had gestational diabetes). They took great care of him.

The staff in the ER were very nice and patient with my grandmother, who is 85 and hard of hearing. Once she was admitted, the nurses on her floor were the total opposite. I walked to the nurses station to ask for a straw. Two nurses told me to hold on while they resumed their casual conversation filled with laughter. One other nurse overheard and kindly helped me. Also, my grandmother told me her assigned nurse asked her to wash up this morning. My grandmother asked for her assistance with her back and the nurse commented "that's all I'm washing." Very unprofessional to say the least. If you arent compassionate about people and their health condition, nursing isn't the appropriate field for you. This job should be done from the heart and not just for a paycheck. Very disappointed. If it was possible, I would take her to a different hospital with better bedside manner.

I have been there 4 times & was misdiagnosed or treated so poorly. The times i was misdiagnosed, i had to pay someone else to PROPERLY treat me yet i am still required to pay this facility for NOT doing their job. DO NOT GO HERE EVEN IN EMERGENCY! There's other...BETTER places within close range. DO NOT BELIEVE THE OWNER/PR WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT, THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING TO GIVE YOU BACK YOUR DIGNITY THAT THEY STOLE! HORRIBLE PLACE & I HAVE THIS POSTED ON EVERY MEDIA SITE POSSIBLE!!!

The WORST hospital I've been to. They don't care about your health. Take the drive to Chapel hill or Durham. Went in with high blood pressure, they just sent me home. REALLY? and Doctor James Hanshan was VERY rude. Came in, didnt introduce himself, just started rushing me through what wasnt wrong so he could be done. Didnt look over what was actually wrong. Nurses, too busy congregating at their desk. I was there with high blood pressure and vitals checked once in a 3 hour window which was when I arrived!!! Very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

The emergency department staff is amazing! Recently in with a family member on a busy evening, triaged within 30 minutes and sent directly to a ED room, seen very quickly by a nurse and a doctor. Staff was very thorough and nurse techs were just awesome! Family member was then admitted and the staff on the floor was so professional and caring. Thank you for all the fantastic care my family member received.
