Fast and very nice staff

So slow and unprofessional. I am the only person in the emergency waiting room for over two hours now and they still haven’t called on us. I feel bad for the people who just walked in. They will be waiting all night to get in.

I do NOT recommend this place to any one. They are very very SLOW . i waited in the ER for 3 hours. I asked the doctor how to prevent my issue from constantly reoccurring he told me to ask the nurse as if he didnt know . his exact words were you should ask her shes a woman she might know . also they made me do a self swab . im ok with that but its just seemed like they had a problem with doing it themselves they made me feel as if i am dirty. The doctor brought in an article printed out that he found on google .

Clean facility. Nursing staff and doctors were awesome Good parking. Fairly safe area. Only a few blocks away from South Shore shopping center with Kohls, Trader Joe's, Safeway, wide variety of eatery options and a Starbuck's. Two stars knocked off due to case manager's poor communication.
