feedback about Alhambra Hospital Medical Center
In 2011 I had broken my ankle, been treated at Huntington Hospital, but had to be brought to ER and HMH was closed, so they brought me to Alhambra. They sent me home with a splint that had wet stockinette - most places would change it - and a bill for $7000, not billing my insurance first. Interesting they have more one star ratings than anything else.
I always come to this emergency hospital and it’s always good but today I took my baby and all the staff did pretty GREAT ! I loved their service ! Thanks to pingching nick and all the staff they’re very friendly and professional!
Well I must say I would give this Hospital 5 stars when it comes to trying to save people's lives doing the best they can possibly do regardless of the patient's insurance or whatever, the only reason I could not give it 5 stars is because Unfortunately they don't have certain things that they need these doctors and nurses are so good at this Hospital in the ER and it is too bad that they do not have the capacity to handle serious cases such as trauma cases or extremely severe cardiac Etc. They still do their best. Now I have been to this Hospital many times and had many different experiences and yes there have been times when I've said that the nurses upstairs were lazy and did not speak English and could not even communicate with each other which caused a lot of confusion but that's not this Hospital's fault. It's the fact they have lack of Staffing for some reason they must not have the funds that are required or they would be a five-star Hospital such as Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage! I remember going there the first time I was admitted and they went out of their way to go to the store to get me rice milk because they were so worried about my weight and wanted me to gain weight and knew that I could not drink milk or soy milk. Not even Huntington Hospital in Pasadena will do such things or even offer a patient food in the ER! All I know when it comes down to it I have witnessed these doctors work tirelessly to save people's lives and not give up when other hospitals would have long given up and just called it and these doctors saved this person's life I witnessed it and I have witnessed the true care from this hospital and experienced it! And nurse Tess in the ER today saved my life! I know where I can go now regardless of insurance or monetary status and still getting help!
Worst hospital ever!!!I had rash all over both of my legs they told me they would give me benadryl through iv I waited over 2 hours and never received anything only so I can get an ointment. no help at all super upset and disappointed. Will never ever go there again a waste this deserves no stars only reason I put 1 star was cause it wouldn't let me post without checking on it
Dr. Jeff Wade in the emergency room is by far the WORST doctor I have ever met. He is a joke don't know where he bought his license as a doctor. He is rude, racist, unprofessional, not human to my eyes. An animal can treat you better than him. He talks to all patients like they are stupid. I can go on and on but honestly do not stay in this hospital if Dr. Jeff Wade is there. He only cares about the money he is getting and does not give a poop about any patient's health.
