Went there for predinsone for my asthma, didn't gave it to me. The 4 stars are for the staff, they told a homeless guy who was raining us with racial slurs to get out or keep quiet. Really friendly staff.

Don't go here... they will treat you badly unless your arm is dangling off your body.
If you want your problem to be insignificant in the eyes of a doctor or nurse this is the place to go.
It's the closest to Disneyland but keep driving! There's better options at literally any other hospital.

Costly, Dirty, and Unprofessional, yet were able to help me relatively quickly.

I went here when having an issue on vacation. The place was very dirty and unmaintained on first glance.

I received care fairly quickly, but it is a small place so if there is a rush, I could see it taking a while.

I had to cup, but the restroom in there was no place to wash my hands after I went - the bathroom was gross.

I was set up in a common room with drawn curtains, I did not see any rooms for seeing patients.

I received treatment and was out of there within 3 hours, but the bill was HUGE for just an IV and an ultrasound.

If you have an option, I would definitely try some other place.

First of all the 2 stars are for the front desk girls. I am sitting in the E.R. waiting room. The Asian girl in the front is very rude and un professional. My son was brought in to the E.R. they refused to let me go to his room, and said that I have to wait for him to be situated. We've been to other hospitals E R. And I never had any issues with not being allowed to see him. I ask the girl at the front desk for a mask buz the rack was empty. There are sick people here and I don't want to get sick. I have to sit out here and wait for who knows how long before they let me see my son. The girl even got up and shut the door that leads to the E.R. room because she thought I was looking. What a rude girl. I asked the girl at front desk if she would take him his cell phone, and she refused. Very, very rude. Update. I must say ,that the nurses took good care of my son. The Doctor was very nice and he was very good at explaining the test results. Many thanks to the doctor and the Male nurses.

I truly can't give this ER a lower rating.
Let's start with the racist comment said by a staff member loudly in the ER: " “There’s been too many Caucasian’s here today. I need more brownies. I’ve spoken too much English today.”
Now let's move on to the fact that I told the nurse I was extremely dizzy, then he had me go pee in a cup in the restroom on the other side of the ER with no assistance at all. I am lucky I didn't fall over or pass out on the floor.
Next, I was never given IV fluids. It was an 85 degree day out in SoCal, I was wearing jeans, and I came in because of breathing issues, heart pain, and dizziness. I feel that IV fluids are a given.
Then, the doctor came in and told me my tests were fine. I told him I still felt terrible, and he said it was anxiety with hyperventilation, refused to give me anything or do anything for me, and said to just use my mind to realize nothing is truly wrong. I was still having all my symptoms and he dismissed me from the hospital.
Every time I needed to use the restroom (my husband was giving me a ton of fluids since they wouldn't give me an iv) my husband had to disconnect me from the machines and walk me there himself. Every person that worked there saw this, but we still never received any assistance.
Other than the way I was treated, this place was literally dirty and made me feel very unsafe and that I may leave the place with more problems than I came with.
And now I am back home and went to my regular doctor, she asked me to get my medical records sent to her, and this hospital wants to charge me $15 to fax my own medical records to my doctor. I can understand if it was mailed and I had to pay for the postage, but literally... $15 to send a fax.
