This Facility get's no star's from me i have been out of this facility two days and that was the worse hospitalization i have ever experienced. The medical doctor did not treat me for any of my medical need's even after several time's of me making in very clear to them that i have to be have medical attention to these need's asap. Dr. Thomas Grey-din who is the Psychiatric doctor for the facility was a very tricky and disrespectful and very unprofessional doctor. He called me out of my name twice along with yelling at me on several different occasion's. They also made fun of the patients on unit 3 where i was housed and would use very foul language while on shift in front of the patience. And if you stood up to any injustice's you where threaten with Sedation shot's or restraint's. I wrote several grievances and upon my release they packed my things before i could get back to unit 3 from the court house for a Writ or whatever they call it' they had taken my copies of my grievances out of my belonging's and rushed me out the door. And said that when they do discharges your not allowed to go back to your room to check if you left anything. But funny thing is i watched the process several times during my stay their. In fact i was observing to much and they knew it. Very very very bad place to try and receive any true psychiatric help.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Do not come here!!!!!. They are so rude and security and other staff like to laugh and make fun of patients. It's sad that anyone can act that way let alone people in a helping profession. It should really be addressed. Also they treat psychiatric patients horribly in the er . They physically restrain and chemically restrain patients for no reason at all or for questioning staff as to what is going on. Then when family tries to address this problem managers say you are wrong and the patient was out of control when you know what you saw with your own eyes. If they can't handle psychiatric patients unless they are tied down and injected with stuff to sleep, then they should not accept patients or close down. I just don't understand how this place is still up and running. Stay clear of this place at all costs.

Worst decision ever coming here. Everyone is super rude and short. They don't answer questions. Care was below the bar. And they will charge you hidden fees even after 2 years of services and will give it to a debt collector so it'll ruin your credit. Don't go here!!!

This is by far the Very WORST hospital experience I have ever had. The staff is only interested in getting a pay check. They have No compassion, even less concern for the patients, are very abrupt and have the most piss-poor attitude I have ever experienced anywhere. They could not even be bothered to answer questions when directly asked. AVOID THIS hospital (there word Not mine) AT ALL COSTS... A ZERO STAR RATING IF THERE EVER WAS ONE
