My grandson who is 21 months old was brought in by my daughter. After waiting in the waiting room for a few minutes my grandson name was called amongst other patients name. The nurse brought back another patient at the same time my grandson was taken back. There was no privacy. The doctor nor anyone who came in the room knocked or even introduced themselves. The room (bay 5) had a urine specimen sitting on the counter that obviously wasn't my grandson and it sat there for 2 hours. My grandson was given medication and was told he needed to be watched for 2 hours well no one came in for the first hour. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Waited in Muthasamy's room for 20 minutes. Heat in room almost caused my ailing wife to pass out. Wouldn't be here if Muthasamy would've filled my wife's required prescription after it had ran out. Refused to fill it without being seen. Booked for a month. Wife without medication for that long is intentional neglect of patient needs. Looking to switch care providers to someone who values their patients.

ER turned away / failed to provide accurate information to an injured patient tonight. Someone should look into their staff management at 7:50pm on September 11, 2019.

My mom went into the ER on a Monday with stroke symptoms. They decided to admit her to tum some tests. CT, MRI, Chest Xray, ect. Over the next few days she got worse. She was very confused, her speech was slurred and incoherent, she had numbness on her left side, ect. After 4 days in the hospital with those symptoms, they finally discharged her with no explanation whatsoever as to what was causing those symptoms. All they told her was that the scans were clear. She had a neurology appointment the following week for a unrelated condition and I went with her so I could explain what happened to the neurologist. She knew what it was immediately, her new medication! All the nurses and Drs she saw at ACMC and not1 of them mentions that's what it could be. Instead they kept her in the hospital neccesarily for 4 days making us all think she was having a stroke. Please, if you're in need of care dont go to this hospital if you can help it. Tri Point or even UH in Geneva is better than this!

I had a kidney stone. I had to first wait for 2 hours in waiting room. Then wait for one hour for a nurse to come and take my blood sample, then wait for 5 hours for blood report to come all along....imagine the pain of kidney stone for so long time. They knew that I had kidney stone, but said it’s just back pain probably to calm me down until the lab reports were there...I felt like dying that day....don’t go here for Emergencies. Imagine if a person had a heart attack, he would probably die if waiting for 7 hours.
