If I could give a negative 5 star rating I would. Firstly there was Trash all in the waiting area, disgusting and unsanitary. Secondly this hospital is by far one of the worst ones I have been to in my whole entire life. The other night we had to rush to the hospital for my sick sister in law (9) which has the stomach flu (now we know because we went To St.Francis Instead.) The nurse basically told my Sis in Law (9 yrs old) to suffer in pain because she wouldn’t smell an alcohol wipe? Ridiculous! They even had one of my pregnant family members to take an X-ray. This dysfunctional hospital has a bunch of inept fools running around. I am very disappointed with the service and they were very rude when my Wife (her sister) wanted to check on her. I’d advise you to not go. Take the extra trip to go to St.Francis. Oh and on top of everything else while we waited (we arrived at 10, didn’t get home until 5:30,6 a.m) three hours for triage, two hours to be seen, and an hour for a nurse to even step foot in the exam room we were seen in less than 30 minutes at St. because THEY KNOW
HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS!!

I was recently visiting family in Owasso. I live in Maryland. When we first walked in the waiting room I was very surprised to see it empty. The lady who escorted me back to the ER, my nurse, and Dr Eaton were so nice. They listened to what I had to say. I never felt like I was a bother to them. The nurse asked if there was anything she could do for me and I told her yes ‘move this hospital to Maryland. People of Owasso are lucky to have a hospital like Bailey.

Treated like an actual customer instead of just a medical diagnosis that has no choice regarding my care. LOVE Bailey's!!! Excellent, first class, quality care!

My wife and I just had our handsome baby boy here. The experience was way beyond expectations. For starters the rooms are huge with a Murphy bed for father. There aren't that many rooms there so it is very personalized. We had our own nurse with each shift. Each one of them was very friendly and really WANTED to help. They all had great attitudes and were very helpful. We never one time felt like a nuisance. They literally asked to help more than we asked. They spent hours helping my wife get the breast feeding down. Never once getting frustrated, if anything wanted to assist as much as was needed without having to be asked. I would highly recommend having a baby here especially first time moms. As far as the rest ofbthe hospital I don't know. We've never had any experiences in any of the other departments, but would have to assume they are good

The staff checking individuals in as well as the nurses were amazing. They were on top of things and so helpful. The doctor on the other hand was something else. I was seen by Dr. Delong who I would not recommend to anyone. He did not seem very knowledgeable and was offended when I questioned his treatment plan as I had already done all of the suggested treatments.
Payment was an entirely different situation. I have medical insurance which should cover all but my co-pay. Come to find out the doctors who work in the emergency room (at least Dr. Delong) works for an outside medical group and is not included in the emergency room visit. It is billed by a separate company and therefore is a separate payment all together. I haven't been to an emergency room in 15 years as I think they should be reserved for true emergencies. I pray that I never have to go again and I promise you that I will not be going back to Bailey Medical Center if the situation ever arises again.
