My wife and I just had our handsome baby boy here. The experience was way beyond expectations. For starters the rooms are huge with a Murphy bed for father. There aren't that many rooms there so it is very personalized. We had our own nurse with each shift. Each one of them was very friendly and really WANTED to help. They all had great attitudes and were very helpful. We never one time felt like a nuisance. They literally asked to help more than we asked. They spent hours helping my wife get the breast feeding down. Never once getting frustrated, if anything wanted to assist as much as was needed without having to be asked. I would highly recommend having a baby here especially first time moms. As far as the rest ofbthe hospital I don't know. We've never had any experiences in any of the other departments, but would have to assume they are good
Have visited the ER frequently due to having 2 boys in sports with lots of injuries. We have always been placed in a room within 10 minutes with little to no waiting time to see a doctor. The staff is very professional and always puts our minds at ease. I am blessed to have this hospital in my community.
Brought my cousin in after she had been experiencing a lot of pain and nausea after getting her tonsils removed. Lady at the desk was unfriendly and they wouldn’t let me go back with her even though she’s unable to talk after the surgery. At this point the urgent care was more helpful and friendly than them.
Also received a card that said that they take pride in providing 10 star care but it was far from it.
Took care of me immediately! I've been there several times and have been taken care of completely!
Two weeks ago after sitting in the waiting for close to three hours. A staff person came out stated the hospital was short staffed....that she had no clue when anyone would be seen. Me and my daughter decided to leave. The person at the counter was unfriendly. We were not given any paperwork to sign stating we were leaving.
I learned that the local news had mentioned the UNDER STAFFED HOSPITALS IN OKLAHOMA. Doctors/nurses burnout was not the only reason. Hospitals in Oklahoma are not paying staff/offering reasonable salaries as well. Backwoods.....unprofessional hillbillies. I have concluded after living in Oklahoma a few years that all doctors attended the university of Phoenix 👩🏻💻 👎🏽 #Fail
