I delivered my daughter here recently and I had a great experience with the labor and delivery staff and Dr. Chainakul who was on call when I delivered. The nurses were very kind and compassionate and I cannot thank them enough for the quality of care I received while there. The anesthesiologist who was on call was very timely and knowledgeable as well. I also got much needed help from the lactation consultant as well. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and would totally recommend delivering at Bailey!

If I could give a negative 5 star rating I would. Firstly there was Trash all in the waiting area, disgusting and unsanitary. Secondly this hospital is by far one of the worst ones I have been to in my whole entire life. The other night we had to rush to the hospital for my sick sister in law (9) which has the stomach flu (now we know because we went To St.Francis Instead.) The nurse basically told my Sis in Law (9 yrs old) to suffer in pain because she wouldn’t smell an alcohol wipe? Ridiculous! They even had one of my pregnant family members to take an X-ray. This dysfunctional hospital has a bunch of inept fools running around. I am very disappointed with the service and they were very rude when my Wife (her sister) wanted to check on her. I’d advise you to not go. Take the extra trip to go to St.Francis. Oh and on top of everything else while we waited (we arrived at 10, didn’t get home until 5:30,6 a.m) three hours for triage, two hours to be seen, and an hour for a nurse to even step foot in the exam room we were seen in less than 30 minutes at St. because THEY KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS!!

I was recently visiting family in Owasso. I live in Maryland. When we first walked in the waiting room I was very surprised to see it empty. The lady who escorted me back to the ER, my nurse, and Dr Eaton were so nice. They listened to what I had to say. I never felt like I was a bother to them. The nurse asked if there was anything she could do for me and I told her yes ‘move this hospital to Maryland. People of Owasso are lucky to have a hospital like Bailey.

If I could rate lower I would. My mother went here to get a consultation on a weight loss surgery. This hospital is solely in it for the money along with the doctors. They told her she HAD to have to in order to love a longer life and as soon as she got it done there began to be complications that resulted in the hospital refusing to re-admit her and let it be someone else’s problem. But when you have extensive surgeries done other hospitals prefer you to go where it was initially done at due to the doctors on the actual case having more knowledge of what’s going on. She passed 4 months later due to an insane amount of negligence. I hope no other family has endure what my sisters and me had to. At least step up next time and take your patients back when they NEED you.

Treated like an actual customer instead of just a medical diagnosis that has no choice regarding my care. LOVE Bailey's!!! Excellent, first class, quality care!
