feedback about Baptist Health Louisville
I’ve been to this emergency room on multiple occasions. Everyone is always very courteous, professional, caring, and great overall. I would recommend this to a family or friend without hesitation.
I'm giving three stars because the visit did not start very well, but by the end of the visit the patient I was seeing was actually in a different part of the hospital and the experience was better there.
I loved my experience here in labor and delivery. They took great care of me and my daughter during our stay. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because there was an overnight nurse who almost flipped me out of my bed trying to turn me over on my side while I was in labor (I had an epidural) and never even said so much as "I'm sorry", and that same nurse yanked my urinary catheter out of my urethra while the epidural was wearing off and ignored my complaints about it, even when I told her I was having some pain. Other than that, the other nurses and doctors really worked to make my experience enjoyable and easy.
The Department of Health and Human Services, failed to do proper background checks of adults who claimed the children, allowed sponsors to take custody of multiple unrelated children, and regularly placed children in homes without visiting the locations, according to a 56-page investigative report released Thursday. THEY SEND BABIES HOME WITH HUMAM TRAFFICERS AND THEY ALSO DID NOT RUN BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ANY EMPLOYEES AS WELL
My case is so embarrassing that I prefer to remain anonymous. I purposely selected a female surgeon for my operation thinking she'd be more sensitive to a modest patient. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG! My highly routine 45 minute surgery was preceeded by Baptist surgeon Dr. Patricia Figert ordering my legs parted to have a 15 inch long plastic device inserted into my reproductive organs. All while the ENTIRE operating room STAFF of FIVE and of BOTH genders looked on! I questioned her after the fact mentioning both the discomfort and the loss of my dignity. Dr. Figert then mislead me, claiming the necessity of her archaic, invasive, barbaric and dehumanizing order and promptly ignored my complaint. But she was eventually reprimanded by the state medical board for her lack of empathy. I felt that I should try to warn others to spare them this ordeal and steer them to a more compassionate surgeon. Signed, 'Sandi'.
