All I can say is that every employee that we came in contact with was super sweet, super friendly and super helpful. They treated my dad like he was Royalty. I've horrible experiences in the hospital. From the surgeons to the orderlies and cafeteria staff they were all awesome. You guys rock and thank you for taking such excellent care of my father.

This place is a joke!!! Came here with kidney stones in excruciating pain, took over 2 hours to get seen in the ER with little to no people in the waiting room. The nurses seemed to think I wasn’t in pain even though my BP was through the roof which is unusual for me. Didn’t give me any credible information that I didn’t know already and sent me on my way. Would high recommend anyone to go ANYWHERE else!!

Rushed my Father out of recovery from hip/femur surgery to nursing home. His Oxygen levels were below acceptable range for release. He was running an elevated body Temperature that was unacceptable for discharge. He passed away approximately 24 hours after being discharged and transported to rehab nursing facility.

Took my mom to ER because of stroke like symptoms. They monitored her for an hour and told us they’d have us out in a bit. 4 hours later, we are still in the same room. Haven’t seen a nurse or a doctor for 4 hours. I’ll never come back here again.

I went into the ER today to be treated. After I had done been to the Urgent care the night before. For all the Lady's in the Urgent care office was Awesome! For this Lance Allen McCary, PA-C he was a total Jack A@#! Baptist Health you need to send him on down the road. I will only pay my co-pay as I receive service for him and yall. I sat in the Hallway for three hours plus and never got in a room. This ER is a Joke!
