At this Hospital, in the emergency room where my mom passed, The doctor, Valerie Warne who came to tell me that sad news, was very rude and ignorant and unprofessional. I was upset, and very emotional. This doctor made a remark to me an off hand demeaning comment. No I did not forget you Dr. Warne. I filled you. So sorry you are not a seasoned doctor, and that people who lose a loved one hurt and are in pain and are not cold and clinical like you. That people are not living in the same atmosphere as you in an environment of order, and sterilized state of being. Having said that, I see that my mom was in the wrong hands of care. It seeped out in your attitude. May you and your beloved who ever they may be receive the same treatment you gave me, my mom and family. Right back at you! You will not find that in your books or in your sterilized world. Karma, is a spiritual aspect that you wont be able to analyze. It is a power unseen regardless of your profession. There is NOTHING you can do, I have released it back on you. Next time, you will be more careful of yourself and how you treat people and what you say.

Went in for simple blood work being performed. The registration staff acted like it was something they never did before. Told them we we're just here last week, stupid questions what year did my father retire. He's 92! What difference does that make to registration. They already checked the insurance last week. Slow and distracted! Really, move the process along. Wasn't listening when I told them we already talked to the lab and they have the orders. Then miraculously she knew what doctor ordered the test! Really?

I came in with severe stomach cramping pain and vomiting, it will be 5 hours and still waiting in this God forsaken emergency room!! this is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate hospital ever !!
I've been sitting here crying from pain and finally had to beg just to see the triage nurses who was less considerate to dire situation.
I pray that I never have to come here ever again !!

Didn't see a doctor for 2 days. We brought my mother-in-law here and they said that there was stones in her gallbladder but it took 2 days for a doctor to finally come and talk to us oh, we were just going by what the nurses were saying. They said the doctor told them this information, that the doctor had been there before we arrived but somebody in my family stayed with her 24/7 so there's no way that a doctor slipped in there without somebody in my family knowing. The nurses were very nice and I think that they are the only reason and I'm even giving 3 stars. When you have somebody that you love in the hospital you like to know what's going on and this place just does not give that to you. You always have to ask for anything especially any kind of information. I'm not saying that they are a bad hospital they just have a horrible communication problem.
