I would not take myself nor a family member to this ER again. Took my daughter there for an injury. Very long waits, very little communication. Nurse rarely checked on us. Dressings that were supposed to be changed never were, questions that should have been asked never were. The staff was disorganized, the facility seemed in poor condition. After sitting around freezing in an uncomfortable chair for hours I finally had to ask for more comfortable accommodations. They were great about getting those accommodations but they should have asked to do these things for me hours earlier. This hospital needs some support, maybe more staff, friendlier staff, better accommodations and to learn the importance of better, more thorough communication. My visit to this ER started at 845 pm and did not end until 545 am the next morning. I've been to busy hospitals before and I know what it's like to receive great care. That was not the case here. I don't recommend this hospital whatsoever. Hopefully they can turn things around.
After taking my wife to the ER here for appendicitis, we were transferred to the hospital for surgery, and all of the Doctors, nurses, and patient care techs were so nice and friendly. My wife's room had a bench on the outside wall that converted into a small bed, so I was able to sleep in the room with her overnight.
Paula in radiology was the kindest most professional Technologist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Came here by accident. According to the staff, the red squilly line under your wrist should both remain under the skin AND be intact at all times. I admidt i do feel better that way. Also do not use pairing knives to remove wax from a three wick candle.. thats the last thing i remember
I haven't been to this hospital before but my sister is there currently. She was having chest pain and they said there isn't anything wrong even though her heart rate won't leave the 50s and she's still in pain and she feels faint, lightheaded and dizzy. What kind of hospital tells bold faced lies about someone's health when the proof is being shown that there is something wrong. They also rushed out of her room just to clean another room for another patient that they're just going to lie to as well. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this hospital.
