Friend admitted 2pm on Thursday. Bed linen & gown not changed until 4:30pm on Friday after I went and asked for a clean gown. Noon food tray still on sink. Phone on top of light behind bed. No washcloth or towel in the room. Very poor service.

My daughter had to have her first ever visit to the hospital for a minor surgery. The staff made her really comfortable and even gave her bubbles to keep her distracted!! Wonderful staff

BEWARE- look how many 1 star reviews! I was sent there by my PCP for a routine outpatient procedure and lab work but they did it in the ER in order to charge 100X more. I had one lousy blood test that could have been done at Quest and thet sent me out. This place deserves negative stars and the public needs to know. The only option I had was to report them to the insurance company's Fraud & Abuse because BayCare has no way to report your experience in writing. IN RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT BELOW: I did follow up and there was no resolution. They did not acknowledge my experience, just emailed and said everything was done correctly. So insurance and I had to pay for ER visit for a blood test.

This is not a hospital. It is a business that profits off the sick. My doctor was great but he could only do so much. If you find yourself in an emergency here good luck.

I was over charged for a service. After calling several times and told I was incorrect I involved my insurance carrier. Three phone calls later by my insurance carrier, Bay Care agreed to refund my money. My insurance company referred to Bay Care’s actions as fraudulent. Weeks later still no refund for their over charge. I found the financial department to be rude and not knowledgeable my carrier found them to be fraudulent.
