Wonderful staff and doctors my first time having a baby by c-section here and they made it as pleasant as possible my husband and I enjoyed our 4 day stay. Great food and Care! Definitely recommend. Special dinner was a great plus and was delicious! We were so glad to know the hubby’s meals were included too so he didn’t have to leave to get his own! Felt like we were at a 5 star hotel. Only complain was The couch my hubby had to sleep in was terrible. - star for that. Other then that we enjoyed having our bundle of joy here!

This, by far, was the best hospital experience I had. For starters the waiting time was the least I ever experienced. Everyone we met was extremely nice and caring. From the nurses to the doctors they all had excellent bed manners and took the time to explain things.

They were extra careful with me because I wasn’t very mobile and gave all the help I needed.

To top that nurse Ernest was a very pleasant and funny man with stories that will make you forget you were in a hospital.

And last but not least, Dr. Admire was absolutely great. Despite the fact that his shift was over, he stayed behind and took his time to explain the test results and give different scenarios about future steps related to my condition. He didn’t rush things or even seem to be over worked. I really admired that.

To sum it up, their treatment was very personalized and it felt like I I’ve known them for years. I was among friends.

I was admitted Oct 4 for a total knee replacement and from admission to discharge, I felt as if I were the only patient. The nurses were all very nice and caring. Not once did they huff or roll their eyes because I needed assistance. Yes, I've experienced that in other hospitals. The food is excellent and there's a wide variety to choose from. All the staff I interacted with was pleasant and made me feel at ease. I don't have a complaint at all!

The best thing about this hospital is the labor and delivery unit. It's quite amazing. DO NOT use their emergency services however. We have been there twice and had to wait for an hour with no one in the waiting room and had people check in after us but got to go ahead of us while my wife was in visible excruciating pain! This time we had to leave and go somewhere else. Front desk staff saw her pain and couldn't care less.

I couldn’t be more pleased with this hospital. My experience was strictly with the L&D, and NICU, but I couldn’t have asked for better staff, nurses, or doctors. Even though in my delivery almost everything went awry, it was handled calmly and professionally, and I always felt well taken care of. The medical team made my emergency c-section feel like a routine delivery there, even though I was panicking. The after delivery care was fantastic, and the NICU nurses were unlike anything I’d ever experienced, especially Sandi!! I would definitely have another baby here, and highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to deliver their baby. And the food was really good- who can say that about hospital food?!
