My wife had bariatric surgery here. While the surgery went well and the night staff were excellent and very attentive, the day staff was extremely less so. We often had to request necessities and assistance multiple times during the day. We found this to be the case because the day staff that was treating her was primarily made up of “floaters” who do not regularly work for the hospital(and thus we have no other avenue to complain about their patient care ethic.) otherwise our experience was as good as can be expected. Hopefully they take action to staff better temporary nurses

We had the sweetest nurses ever. Kudos to all of you who took exceptional care of my Sig other H. Kulow. You all are amazing at what you do and it shows. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for everything and most of all being very friendly.

Money is all they are after, lady needed surgery her own doctor said she was fit for surgery, they were afraid. Go to a bigger one. They even took her money ahead time and scheduled a elective surgery, then last minute pull the plug. Terrible

My mother had knee surgery here. The staff and medical team were totally professional, very warm and friendly and kept us in the loop with information the entire time. We were very pleased with the care my mother received here.

We selected a surgeon at this location based on his being in our United Health Care network. HOWEVER, an anaesthesiologist was assigned to us that was out of network. SURPRISE - a $7,900 bill lands in our mail box 6 months later. The care was excellent - but seems unethical to me to not inform the patient in advance.
