My mother had knee surgery here. The staff and medical team were totally professional, very warm and friendly and kept us in the loop with information the entire time. We were very pleased with the care my mother received here.

Good care, ginormous bills.
Had two stitches put on my head on a small wound, that was not even bleeding that much. The care was good, but the bill for it was $2433, and that is just the facilities bill - I am still waiting for the doctor bill.
At least taking out the stitches was "free".

The doctor was a douche bag, said I shouldn't self diagnose and he had been to medical school and blah blah I couldn't be right. What do you know I was RIGHT and I did have a UTI

Went in this morning at 5am with my friend. from beginning to end ( he has to stay overnight) it was constant care and support, from the surgeon to the cafeteria staff. Dr. Kjeldgaard was wonderful. He even prayed with us before the surgery. All our support staff, nurse Toni, anesthesiologist, technician Jojo, PT and whoever else (can't remember all the names) was wonderful. Dr/Nurse? West came with socks and blankets for us AND tucked us in....lol...MYRA you have an awesome staff on that floor!!! What an absolute blessing. Thank you very much for making us so comfortable

Positive: Staff was extremely friendly. Timely service.
Concerns: Upon check in, I asked numerous times at the front desk for confirmation that the facility AND treating on-call physicians were in-network. I was assured multiple times they were. Then, we received the bill. While the facility was in-network, the on-call physician was not. He saw us for ~5 min, and no treatment was necessary. We received a bill for over $1,000, and his office refused to mediate with the Insurance Carrier. We will not seek medical service at this facility in the future.
