This review isn't necessarily for Baylor, but to let them know that I don't think they should be working with Mnet Financial. I called to explain that I have been in constant contact with my old insurance company trying to get a bill paid off. I was on the phone with a woman named Linda (who works for Mnet Financial), and she was so rude to me from the start. I have never felt so disrespected. After I asked to be transferred to another representative for her treating me so poorly, it resulted in me being hung up on. With that being said I DID reach out to Baylor hospital and a woman named Tina was able to help and was AMAZING to me! The main reason I wrote this review was because I feel as though Baylor shouldn't be working with Mnet.

UNETHICAL/INCOMPETENT: I had surgery with Dr. Grey at this hospital, his office never returned my calls after having life threatening complications post op and being notified several times. This hospital told me to come in time NOW because he didn't respond so I did (while still under anesthetic non-coherent effect.) After signing a form I don't remember for consent whilst under the effects of anesthesia still and pain killers, Dr. Studeny will charge you at 1,446$ for 10 minutes (in which he did nothing, the nurse did everything), and the hospital will charge you at about 350$ minimum. Studeny will send a bill to you from his collections agency called BAY PRAIRIE EMERG. PHYS, PLLC in Las Vegas Nevada. This company will NOT reach out to your insurance for you and will continue to threaten you whilst being incompetent at filing claims (they have erroneously done my twice now.) If this jack wagon comes in to the room, decline his services and WALK OUT. Both of them. see bill below.

My wife had bariatric surgery here. While the surgery went well and the night staff were excellent and very attentive, the day staff was extremely less so. We often had to request necessities and assistance multiple times during the day. We found this to be the case because the day staff that was treating her was primarily made up of “floaters” who do not regularly work for the hospital(and thus we have no other avenue to complain about their patient care ethic.) otherwise our experience was as good as can be expected. Hopefully they take action to staff better temporary nurses

The staff at Baylor Scott in Trophy Club are like family... they are on the spot ready to help you with anything and everything. Their bed aide manner is beautiful, kind and caring. Simmey our nurse was very gracious and patient. Jimmy our pt was efficient and friendly as he worked with us. Even the lady from the cafeteria!! Wow she went over and above to make us feel welcomed. Amazingly to us even the Doctor Kosmosky was genuine and gentle and affectionate in all his manner. We were blessed to be a part of this wonderful group of people. Thank you all for your TLC.
