From the time I arrived until the time of discharge every nurse and doctor were very friendly and efficient. Very good experience all the way through. Thank you to all the staff for making my time at the surgical center a pleasant one.
Great surgical center - smooth operation - outstanding personnel in every case . You are in good hands. The only reason I gave o my 4 stars was that I left a charging cord and comb. My spouse went back about two hours later to get them - gone. Called the next day - nothing. My fault for leaving them but should have procedures in place to retrieve items - that or they have a theft problem. When discharged it would behave you to check twice.
But for the primary job of healing and taking care of you - excellent.
This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is always friendly, polite & efficient. I have to get MRIs done yearly & there is nowhere else I would even think of going!
I had outpatient surgery recently at this facility. The check in process was a breeze and the staff all were caring and respectful. I did feel there was some urgency for me to leave but that if I'd requested to rest longer they probably would have accommodated. They call to follow up a few days after. My only complaint is my doctor didn't give them all the discharge instructions, not sure if it's his fault or theirs, but it was less than ideal to be discharged not knowing proper post op-care instructions.
I had craniotomy surgery here on 6/28/19 and stayed overnight in ICU and released the next day. All the employees I encountered from between pre-op, through surgery and being released were nice and attentive to my needs. Special shout out to my ICU nurses who watched over me (John, Gaby, Lyndsey and dark short hair guy with glasses who I forgot his name) and Miria in pre-op. Couldn't have a better experience at a hospital.
