Sitting in ER waiting area for 2 hours now in excruciating pain and still nothing , not called back nothing just left to sit out in waiting area in pain with nothing ! Not one word to tell me how much longer nothing .. this is not right to leave people suffer or no knowledge of what could be going on as to why such a long wait with a empty ER waiting room !!! This is beyond poor medical service .. someone needs to either hire more people or schedule better .

I bought my mother to the Er because she was having bad chest pains. We waited almost three hrs for the doctor! I insisted my mom that I will take her to another ER. The other was way quicker than Beaumont. We only wait ten mins for the doctor and we found out what was wrong with my mom. Beaumont ER sucks! There were people have waited more than three hrs to see the doctor. They not doing good job at all. I suggest to other to go to different ER instead Beaumont. I wish I can rate a -5 because they are the worst.

I waited 3.5 hours to see a dr and I never got called. I have the flu so maybe that's why. I remember this hospital from a long time ago. Had nothing but nice things to say. Things sure have changed. I ended up leaving. I will never go back there again.

Took my 6 year old niece there for lethargy, fever and sore throat. She was so out of it we had to shake her to get her to respond. We waited all day (estimated 5 hours). We never even got in a room because the rooms were all full and there weren't ANY BEDS available. They saw us in a freaking HALLWAY. Yet people kept coming in the waiting room and the ER remained open. When I worked in an ER and this happened they would close it and re-route ambulances to the closest hospital. They tested her for strep and told me it was NEGATIVE and that it was just a virus. A few days later shes even worse. We take her to the doctor and get a rapid POSITIVE for STREP. This is after she had been around my newborn baby. I am livid. I am going to avoid coming here. If it's not an emergency I'll take the time to drive to Wyandotte. I hope someone reports them to state!

While waiting for a test, that was running behind, a staff member asked me about my current medications in front of a crowded waiting room. If they need to ask you questions, they should call you to a desk. The CT techs were outstanding though!!!
