If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I am very certain if I would not have got my father out of there he would be dead today. The doctors convinced us that a balloon pump (for his heart) life support, and induced coma was the best option for what was going on with him. Had him transferred to st Joe's in Ann Arbor where the doctors spent the first day undoing everything Beaumont Wayne did to him. At St. Joe's the doctors explained that a balloon pump was usually used for patients that has just developed the symptoms my father had, (he has had them 4 years now) and also for patients that were in shock (which my father was not), basically they were dumbfounded as to why the doctors at Wayne would have done this. In my opinion the doctor recommended this surgery only to make more money (or maybe he really was just that unqualified), not with my father's best interests at heart. I am absolutely appalled with 95% of the staff there (only 2 nurses who actually seem to care about their patients, and that is out of probably 30, maybe more employees that worked with my family and I). On top of that they have lost my father's driver's license and insurance card, and have shown little to no effort to find it. Seriously people, do not take anyone here if you want them to survive. It is an absolute miracle my father made it out alive. I truthfully could go on for another few paragraphs but at this point I feel you should get the point, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE.
