Staff are unprofessional. No ETA available for wait times. People have been here for 5 hours and still can’t be seen in a timely fashion. The heat is up really high, alot of sick people and blood stains from fresh cut wounds. Housekeeping is a joke. If I could give 0 stars I would. This unacceptable.
0000000 stars!! It made me give them the one i did! Horrible hospital. They transfer you for the stupidest things that they should've been able to handle, then when you go back to them because you're not better & in a lot of pain they treat you like a drug seeker & send you on your way. No help. Do not go! Go anywhere else. Well maybe not Quincy ( i know Quincy hospital is closed. I mean the emergency area in Quincy ) but anywhere else besides those 2 places.
My orthopedist is at Milton hospital and he is great but I usually have to have a X-ray before my appointment and I always have to wait at least 45 minutes even though I have an appointment and the staff is rude. Unpleasant waiting room with screaming tv.
I wish I had read how horrible a place this practice is before I had to experience it in person. I now see why they have a 2 star review. I'm giving them 1 star which they don't even deserve only so I can post my review. I had an appointment at 3:45pm with Dr. Farid who I thought was compassionate but she's only all about HER TIME & MONEY as usual. Don't get me started with how fake & rude the staff are. So I called before I even left for my appointment knowing I was driving over an hour away to ask if I could still be seen if I was running a little late due to traffic. I got sure no problem. I called when I was 5 minutes away and they said come on upstairs. Now by this time I had driven over an hour in traffic. I get in the office to check in & they told me I couldn't be seen that I needed to reschedule. Dr Farid even came out & after explaining myself still said she couldn't see me. DON'T GO HERE! I just drove over an hour in traffic home.
I was told a rash on my leg from Diflucan was nothing to worry about, and I'm not sure that's a medically sound answer.
