Everything went extremely smooth during my appointment here. Exceptional medical staff and exceptional diner staff as well. I didn't get her name but the lady who makes the sandwiches and wraps was awesome. Made a great hummus wrap and was very personable. Nelson was very personable as well. Five out of five without a doubt. Last but not least a big thanks to my primary care doctor and her nurse for scheduling my appointments.

I didn’t know the area at all. I ended finding a parking deck that for the VA and I a gentleman in the parking deck where was the place to go get my Veterans Identification card he said well that’s about 5blocks that way. I said is better to park here and walk? He said park here and the bus comes every 5 minutes. It was great.

The RN in the emergency room has the literally worst patient care I have ever seen. She was belittling, rude, patronizing, and incredibly unprofessional. I cannot believe they have this women taking care of our veterans. They deserve better than that. She spoke to another patient who had a deep laceration on his finger and bleeding really bad like he was a child. I have never seen such terrible patient care. The VA needs to do better.

This place is the worst! they are collecting paychecks and they do all they can to NOT work. Not answering phones... putting you on hold until you hang up. transferring you to the wrong department and soon as you see a doctor they are gone on paid three month training! training! for what.. how to schedule an appointment 3-6 months out with no reminders so we can miss the appt and VA can yell NO SHOW Vet is at fault! Or is the training so you will know how to treat us like we OWE you something like this is welfare and you are doing Us Vets a favor because now we are useless... that's the feeling I get there... I am not alone.

Trying to speak with someone on the phone is like trying to get extra sauce from McDonald's for free....IMPOSSIBLE! They should honestly be ashamed of themselves. Someone needs to reform this office and quickly. Its going to hell in a hand basket. They only received 1 star from me because zero stars was not an option.
