Boca Raton Regional Hospital

Excellent service. Best nurses in the maternity ward. From checking in, to delivery, to staying for recovery was the best. Our baby was born and we were comfortable. The nurses made sure I wasn’t in any pain after my c-section, they respected our time when we were sleeping by being professional and soft spoken. I just loved my experience at the ward. Thanks to all.

Aaron was so attentive and understanding. We came to the emergency room and he was efficient and even made us smile. Thank you to all the staff. KILLIAN was so nice and gentle. Vera in registration very helpful. Scott in pharmacy actually stopped to help as well. Kept us informed.

I am editing this review because after several phone calls they actually FOUND THE PHONE! I’m shocked in a good way. So I improved their rating and I’m giving them credit for searching and finding the phone. It took several calls on my end but I’m glad that they stuck with it and found the phone. ———————— I haven’t been to this hospital in years, but my father has. He was just there in fact. There are always issues at hospitals about staffing levels. It’s hard and expensive to staff enough people to make sure everyone gets a high level of care -especially in an area that has so many people on Medicare. So it appears that you have to get used to waiting for the nurse for long periods of time if you are physically unstable and unable to walk on your own. But the real issue is his phone went missing. He’s got dementia but they checked him in and noted his phone. So they are fully aware that stuff goes missing. It happened on Thursday. They blamed housekeeping and said they are sure it’s in the sheets in laundry. We won’t hear until Monday... I’m thankful that he didn’t have a wallet on him.

Just had my baby at Boca Regional hospital. I had a really amazing experience. Everyone was super nice, very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I Highly recommend this hospital for anyone that’s having a baby.

I would rate this good regional maternity hospital four stars but personnel (Doctors, Nurses, Consultants) are deserving our special recognition. All shifts are helping you 24 hours a day. Cindy, Andrea and many many others, with you we feel safe!!!! Thank you!!!!
