Attentive, professional, caring. Thank you to all—-Those of you who work in housekeeping, lab, respiratory and pt therapy, radiology, dietary, and of course those I. The unit— care partners, nurses, case managers, and physicians; you are all extremely compassionate and provided the best possible care available in a small community hospital. As busy as you were, you patiently took time to help my mother. The community is fortunate to have you here.

Great staff. Especially the guy in Radiology Mike Z his name is I believe and the nurse Lisa and the guy who took my blood. Amazing. I don't care who says what. Bon Secours is the best hospital ever. And the ONLY one I go to

Recently had outpatient surgery at Bon Secours. I was very impressed by the high quality level of service and care by all the staff from admittance to nurses to OR staff. I am at home recovering and want to extend my appreciation to all that assisted me

went for lower back pain...they WON"T do much needed and suggested MRI to conclusively diagnose the full scope of ailment [ according to doctors ] . Letting ins companies dictate procedures over health and success of treatment. Ironically this happened 9 years ago with a shoulder, gqve me xray and anti inflammatory drugs,TWICE...leading me to miss 2.5 weeks of work, intense pain...till i got MRI showing bursitis, calcium deposits and fluid in capsule. Thankfully no permanent damage and i sued them successfully. the dr today said "no way were doing an MRI" and proceeded to give me drugs that conflict with what im on even after i told him i dont want them. im going there tomorrow and every day till i get the test. bon secour main st port jervis, ny

St. Joseph section is good besides nurses not answering phones and bringing to patients. They should have phones in rooms.... very lax on answering phones in this section..😡
