Bon Secours Hospital

This hospital is the absolute worse hospital in the country. Staff is discourteous and management lacks any leadership or professionalism. It's sad when a place that makes so much money off of the poor can't hire good employees or get the hospital fixed up. My advice to Bon Secours, fire middle management and clean up the hospital so that it doesn't look like a crack house.

Called for inpatient services for a family member needing psychiatric care, and was treated rudely and inconsiderately during a time of stress and need. Mental health professionals need to be empathetic above all, and if the admin staff here is any indication, you should not send your loved ones here.

This was the worst service I’ve ever had in a hospital / emergency department my whole life. The nurses were being rude to several patients as I sit and wait to be seen . After waiting for a few hrs the head er doctor came in .... his name was Schabelman he proceeded to go down the line starting from the first patient bring very condescending , sarcastic and just plain rude . Finally he got to me and i expressed my reason for being there . He roughy examines as if he’s in a rush and tells me he’s going to write me a prescription. As I sit and wait I over hear Him discussing my reasoning for being here with the nurses as they make jokes and laugh . It was so bad it made me so uncomfortable. ....... he also bragged about him being the lead doctor that runs the er when a woman threatened to report his behavior.

Came in last night at 8 sat in the waiting for 3 hours. The triage nurse told us there was no rooms available but after 2 homeless people got discharged came out and said she's lying they have a lot of rooms back there. The triage nurse started yelling yes we do have rooms with 2 nurses turned back around and went back in the triage room. I became fed up when it seemed like they was only tending to the homeless that walked in. And on top of all that the triage nurse was sleeping. One of the patients took pictures of her also while she was sleeping. Hospitals are here to help us but by the time you get seen here you'll be dead.

Please do a favor yourself today and do not go to this place for any reason.I wish I was able to give zero star for this place. I would never ever work at this place. Extremely unprofessional and very VERY rude management system there. Plus, I would never ever be patient in this place either. I rather to be died on the streets, but not to be a patient in this place. Thanks.
