I would give 5 stars but the room smelled like urine.
On a positive note **My nurse was super sweet and attentive. The establishment is beautiful/ mosaic. I will deliver here soon but will surely bring some cleaning supplies to curb my OCD 😣
I just went through a sedated MRI at Saint Francis Medical center with the best group of people from the Radiology Department. The great nurse that assisted me was Bonnie D. What a wonderful and very personable lady, always checking on me to make sure that I'm as comfortable as I can be.
I have nothing but the best to say about this nice place.
Be very careful if you get imaging done! If you have ever had xrays, ct scans pay attention to the results you get! I have a pulmonary nodule in my right lung, have since 2015! The radiologist that read my current X-ray DID NOT mention it! I was told because it hadn’t changed they didn’t need to mention it. On my report it says my lungs are clear....THEY ARE NOT clear if you have a pulmonary nodule! I literally had to call and question the results! A patient shouldn’t have to question a Doctor ....you know with that MD behind their name to get accurate results! Shame on the radiologist, shame on St. Francis! I travel over 70 miles to this hospital for my care and now I don’t trust the hospital!
Had the best care I've EVER received in a hospital. From the ER visits, to Radiology, to In-Patient care. I was so sick and am so grateful for their care and helping me to recover. If you have to eat hospital food :) this food was actually very good! I am so grateful for the caring Dr's, Nurses and staff at SFMC.
I visited my mother after her surgery and was extremely impressed with the facilities and the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Free valet parking was a big relief after driving in from out of state and being unfamiliar with the location. The equipment in her room was state of the art and the staff regularly checked on her and was so caring. There were nurses, aids and techs that came in while I was there. The cafeteria called her to see what she wanted for her meal. A chaplain's aid stopped in to offer support. I don't think she could have been better cared for anywhere else. Very impressed.
