I went in by ambulance I was in sereve pain my whole right side of my body was throbbing. I sat crying in my room for hours listening to the nurses talk and laugh. I definitely didn’t feel welcomed or cared for. Working at the University hospital there is such a huge difference. People actually actually try to make sure your comfortable there. My monitors kept going off and nobody would come. I was left without a wrist band. I was also freezing without a blanket. I understand to some people it’s just a job but if you can’t put on a face and actually care about sick, wounded or sad people. You should choose a different occupation. The first nurse was the rudest. I swear I just wanted to walk home. I’ve never been in so much pain in my life. I left the hospital unclear of my illness. Totally sad. If you have a choice I recommend going to the university hospital.

Was a patient there on Wednesday. The improvements over the past year are great! All the staff were great from admissions to nurses to aides and therapy.. They were all very nice during my stay. Thank you to everyone for being so curtious and attenative. The recovery room nurse was also very good. The nice lady that took me down for release was very kind also.
I was a patient there last December,2017 and was not so pleased.
The improvements are well worth mentioning and I do recommend checking it out for yourself. I hope you have staff providing cares for you like I had. They were awesome and wish I could remember their names for personal recognition. Thank you, Boone

Called them to see if anything was wrong with my baby. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and my pregnancy has been difficult. I told the nurse I could barely breathe and that I have a 100 fever and everything hurts and it has for three days. And that i could barely walk without falling. She told me to take a tylenol every four hours I said what she said that she asked a different doctor and the doctor said to give the routine answer. How can there be a routine answer all pregnancies are different. She said if you could always come in to delivery. Nurses dont consider the seriousness of your pregnancy just rush you off the phone.

My husband had surgery here with neurosurgeon Dr. Terry Ryan, MD. The hospital and personnel were excellent. Dr. Ryan was wonderful. have nothing but good things to say about the experience. most importantly, my husbands outcome was better than expected!!

Had a horrible experience during post partum care. I had post partum haemorrhage and the nurse/doctor didn't realise it though I fainted twice and voiced my concern regarding heavy bleeding.
