Krista Wilson of the labor and delivery department is amazing!!! Not only very attentive and observant of everything my wife needed, you made it fun. All the nurses we’ve met have gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected. We will choose Boone for delivery for our future kids because of Krista. You are an amazing nurses with a huge heart.
We thank you! And your amazing attitude and service!
Our OB with Leah Smith was awesome! I wouldn’t choose any other person to be there!
Thank you Boone hospital for bringing our bundle of love to this world.
My wife came in for a triple bypass. Her nurse in ICU was an angel. Her name is Sam. And I would like everyone to know what a wonderful job she has done. Thank you Sam. All the staff has been good. But Sam is a standout.
The ER staff was kind but they forgot about me for over an hour before I had to walk out to the nurses station to ask if I could leave. They said I couldn't because the Dr needed to see me. I waited longer then he came in and pretty much said I was all good and I could leave. When I got billed and called to ask for assistance they were so extremely rude. They do bill for physicians charges but a different company handles them. They tried to tell me they don't bill physicians charges yet I DID get a bill from an address in TN. Extremely unhelpful.
Professional efficient friendly staff excellent decor and modern comfortable interior while waiting amazing surgeon who was both helpful and friendly and had time to share the outcome surgery with this very strongly recommended we traveled from an hour away to get the medical work done at this facility
I went in by ambulance I was in sereve pain my whole right side of my body was throbbing. I sat crying in my room for hours listening to the nurses talk and laugh. I definitely didn’t feel welcomed or cared for. Working at the University hospital there is such a huge difference. People actually actually try to make sure your comfortable there. My monitors kept going off and nobody would come. I was left without a wrist band. I was also freezing without a blanket. I understand to some people it’s just a job but if you can’t put on a face and actually care about sick, wounded or sad people. You should choose a different occupation. The first nurse was the rudest. I swear I just wanted to walk home. I’ve never been in so much pain in my life. I left the hospital unclear of my illness. Totally sad. If you have a choice I recommend going to the university hospital.
