I was born there so i don't know much but i am proud to be safely delivered. Also the doctors thought i wouldn't be taller than my parents but they were wrong cause I'm still growing and I'm only in 7th grade,
--1--In the beginning on 2018 i had my annual exam. by law it is supposed to be all covered by the insurance. Then BCH encoded some of the blood tests WRONG and they were not covered by the annual exam. So now BCH claims i need to pay like $140. When the law states the annual exam and **ALL** necessary tests are covered. I called the billing patient services and emailed them and they blew me off and blamed it on a third party company saying they cannot change anything
--2--then in the fall maybe Nov, i did an ultrasound and they ran a special Recondo software and i was told ALL AND EVERYTHING i had to pay was about $200. I signed the financial responsibility statement LIMITING my part to approximately $200 . But not 50% more. Then now you are trying to charge me another 50% on top of that. This again went to some sort of collection company
It is not the amount of money is the principle that BCH keeps doing this over and over to a lot of people . You can easily find my account by my first and last name ... there is only one They should cancel the $40 debt and the $140 debt.
Relatively quick in and out for the worst throat pain I’ve ever experienced—so bad it triggered a secondary panic attack. Generally kind staff, got the right med and it quickly cut the pain in half. I like the small feel of this hospital. Would
Worst place to go!!! Needles out and go thrown away in trash cans not the BIoHazard Or Sharps Container a blood tube left jn the counter came in with sever lower abdominal paid and back pain vomiting and bm every 5mins and they told me its nothing we are just the invisable patients that its a gummy ache its been 4weeks and that pain dont got away!!!!! Only Gave Me Zofren And Gi -.-
if I could give 0 stars I would. Inconsistent "care" if I can even call it that. Not one person asked me what happened or even listened when I tried to explain why I had ended up there. I felt like a huge inconvenience to these nurses and never saw a doctor. One worker came in and I asked for water and something for my head which was pounding after I hit it on concrete face first. She acted irritated and told me that I was getting fluid through the IV and ignored both of my requests completely. The paramedics told me I should follow up with a neurologist and when a nurse came in at 3:30AM to dispatch me--after being left alone for over 2 hours and not feeling any better--I told her what they suggested and she told me that wouldn't be necessary. Needless to say I still made the appointment because I don't trust anyone I came in contact with at this place. So discomforting and hopefully will never ever have to go there again. Complete waste of time and money.
