Relatively quick in and out for the worst throat pain I’ve ever experienced—so bad it triggered a secondary panic attack. Generally kind staff, got the right med and it quickly cut the pain in half. I like the small feel of this hospital. Would
recommend.

Came in to the ER a week after having my daughter with extreme pain. I had a cyst on my ovary the size of a softball and it was excruciating. Was told I wasn't getting pain meds because "people drug seek". Told me to take Advil. They sent me home. I called the women's health center upstairs, because I was in so much pain I began vomiting and they had me come right back, and put me in surgery immediately. I can't believe I was treated like that!!

Emergency room, never did see a Dr., not even sure a full Dr. was on duty, just saw nurses and a PA. Was not asked about my current medications and given 5 different drugs that could have had an adverse reaction. Sent me home with incorrect diagnoses. Did lots of expensive tests but because they did not follow “SIMPLE” patient intake process. My primary care Dr. found I just needed one of my medications adjusted, which the ER missed because they never asked about my medications. Many other problems as well.

Very poor quality of care. If you have to go to ER I suggest you go anywhere else but this ER.

Nice, large rooms but not great medical care if you have a serious hospitalization.

My doctor referred me to Foothills Hospital for skilled outpatient services on Friday afternoon. I received excellent care and wonderful service from every department.

Alex in Reception worked the phones to ensure that both doctors' orders were received and scheduled in the most efficient way.
Mike and Dr. Wells in Imaging helped to keep my stress level low as they inserted a PICC line in my arm. Beforehand, the receptionist in Imaging had blankets delivered to the waiting room where I was lying on a sofa.
Rita in Infusions was waiting for my arrival and was caring and thorough.
Every person we met at the hospital was helpful and accommodating.

Thank You!
