People that give this place a bad review are usually not so pleasant people so the staff reacts accordingly big surprise right. You wanna be mean to people that are trying to help you what do you expect them to do be a door mat and let you walk all over them? If so your a coward these people are great caring people

My experience overall was okay, but I felt like they were really rushing and I didn’t feel 100% comfortable and cared for. I got tested for strep back in April and am just now getting billed for the swab test that they failed to tell me would cost $60. I have no insurance so am very disappointed that this was not relayed to me. Won’t be going here again without asking direct questions about tests and extra prices.

Nursing care is above standard. Willing to work with family and patients. Helpful with advice.

We've had numerous experiences both with the ER and urgent care. I've always been completely satisfied with the care from both places. The doctors and nurses are very kind and reassuring. I'd recommend Holly at the urgent care to anyone. She is a wonderful doctor/PA.

Visiting Bristow Urgent "Care" was one of the worst experiences I've ever had while visiting a doctor's office, or should I say, phycisians assistant, because there was no actual doctor. The staff was uncaring and Davis, forgot her first name, the PA I saw, was the most insulting person I've come accross in any medical profession. I came in having anxiety issues, so instead of trying to help me, she claimed there was nothing she could do. She then insisted I admit myself into a hospital in Tulsa for treatment, after I told her I can't afford to take off any days of work. I've never been so insulted or unhappy with a doctors visit. All I wanted was help, but none was given. I was instead treated as if I was making it all up or just wanted drugs. If anyone has high anxiety problems, panic attacks, or even any other medical issues, I would suggest staying far away from Bristow Ugent Care. There's a good man in Stroud, not too far away, named Dr. Markert, who would love to see you. He actually wants to take care of me and make sure I'm doing well. Go to literally anyone except this horrid place! Ps: I paid the full $80 to see this so called "doctor" before I even went into my appointment, and yet I still get bills from them in my mail. That's what type of people you are dealing with. Stay far away. Thank you for reading my warning. -Josh
