Visiting Bristow Urgent "Care" was one of the worst experiences I've ever had while visiting a doctor's office, or should I say, phycisians assistant, because there was no actual doctor. The staff was uncaring and Davis, forgot her first name, the PA I saw, was the most insulting person I've come accross in any medical profession. I came in having anxiety issues, so instead of trying to help me, she claimed there was nothing she could do. She then insisted I admit myself into a hospital in Tulsa for treatment, after I told her I can't afford to take off any days of work. I've never been so insulted or unhappy with a doctors visit. All I wanted was help, but none was given. I was instead treated as if I was making it all up or just wanted drugs. If anyone has high anxiety problems, panic attacks, or even any other medical issues, I would suggest staying far away from Bristow Ugent Care. There's a good man in Stroud, not too far away, named Dr. Markert, who would love to see you. He actually wants to take care of me and make sure I'm doing well. Go to literally anyone except this horrid place!
Ps: I paid the full $80 to see this so called "doctor" before I even went into my appointment, and yet I still get bills from them in my mail. That's what type of people you are dealing with. Stay far away. Thank you for reading my warning. -Josh

Rude ER staff that take forever to see patients. Night shift is the worse both the clerk up front and the nurse Julie in the ER we’ve dealt with twice. Depends which doctor is there how quick you get seen whether you’re the only patient or there are several.

The ED is horrible. Uncaring and rude staff especially nurses at night. Wouldn’t take my dog here.

Very poor experience. I was brought here at night after a complication from an out-patient surgery at a nearby facility. I was not very coherent when I first arrived because of the anaesthesia and pain medications from the prior surgery but the nurses were saying inappropriate and rude things to my husband about me and my medical status. They had never had me as a patient but were asking him if I was there to just get drugs.
I was woken up abruptly at 7:00 a.m. the next morning still not fully coherent but I do remember this part. I was not assessed by any doctors or anyone, was not asked how I felt or anything. I was literally woken up and given discharge papers and shoved out the door by 7:15 a.m. My husband didn't even get a chance to speak to anyone. I was still in excruciating pain and having panic attacks when they sent me home. I felt very neglected and I am very upset at this experience. It's not even a large hospital so they were not super busy or packed from what I saw. They even made me fill out a menu for breakfast the night before and I got no meal (that part wasn't that big a deal but still). I do not recommend going here for an in-patient stay or for surgery.
