What can they say. They sent my mother home after she had a heart attack a few months ago and now completly missed a hudge open/bleeding gash on my fathers back after he was seen there after a fall the other night. Next time we have to use the er we will call first to avoid dr burns not so wonderful care. If he is there then off to wca we go.

Admitted for a heart problem and was well taken care of by the facility and staff at hand. Their nurses are personable and I would go back if an emergency ever happened again.

I've been waiting around in the ER for 2 hours so far to be seen for a very painful kidney infection, there were only two others when I came in here (who also haven't been seen yet). Either they need better time management or more doctors. Waiting around this long is ridiculous.

ER = 0! Not only was the wait time 6 hours with 2 people in the waiting room, the service and management was horrible! Drive to the city. 45min drive will save you hours!

They discriminate against people with disabilities. When I called they all seemed very nice and accommodating but when we got there, they saw us and we gave them our address their attitudes changed. They wouldn't help so we ended up leaving with my daughter still in pain, very weak and now having a major anxiety/ panic attack. How can you call yourself a hospital or your emoyees doctors and nurses
