absolutely trash i have been here with my friend in the EMERGENCY room for more than 2 hours while people who are just walking in here and are getting called back! if you’re in pain i suggest you take it else where. if i could i would date it lower than one star
Its a hospital not a spa. I come here when It matters, both my children where delivered here and I am grateful for the highly educated staff who are disciplined to do what you really need, not what you want. I see some people crying about waiting for hours. Unless your bleeding from your ears expect to wait a few hours.
this hospital sucks.... rude employees that are non informative or helpful. A patient shouldn’t have to ask you to do your job on more than one occasion....
This hospital has potential, haven’t really had any issues with staff, pretty clean for the most part, but im giving 2 Stars bc of the ER.. at any given time there is at least a 3-4 hour wait—Even with sick kids. There should be some type of protocol for babies/children. I brought my 8 month old Baby and waited for four hours to be seen. He was sick and crying the whole time, absolutely ridiculous for any child to have to wait that long !!!!!!! While waiting another kid came in throwing up and couldn’t walk- and I’m sure they sat there hours after me. If the ER is that busy why is there no extra drs ?? Also beyond this issue, there is many reasons why this ER sucks, save yourself, go to Cranberry ER or Children’s.
Came in extremely sick. Was there 7 hours for 2 MRI’s, at the end they said I “probably” had a kidney infection, and promptly sent me home. Didn’t give me any medicine or anything. A week later, I never got better. I’m worse than I was. Went to faster care and they couldn’t believe the hospital gave me nothing for the kidney infection I obviously have, not “probably” have. One of the worst hospitals I’ve been to, I will not be returning.
