I would give their Labor & Delivery unit 10 stars if I could. I had to be monitored regularly & every nurse I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I delivered 2 babies there in the past 2.5 years with no complaints. All the nurses working there Feb-March are awesome, especially day time Rachel, Chelsey, and overnight Rachel 💕
Just took my girlfriend in for our first ultrasound. They took her to another room without saying a word to anyone, where they proceeded to do the ultrasound without me. They didn't let her hear the heartbeat, and they refused to let us have the photos. They also almost killed my dad a few years over a stroke.
This is the worst hospital I have ever been treated at. The doctors are horrible, most of the nurses are nice except the head nurse Angie. Angie is pure evil, pure hate. I am not sure why she chose a position as a nurse. Nurses are supposed to be compassionate, caring advocates for their patients. Angie is the opposite, she puts you down, emotional abuses you and then walks off laughing after she’s done.
Good parking lot was full, but able to find a spot not to far away.
No reception desk at the entrance we used. But we're able to use signs to find our way to maternity ward. The nursing staff were polite and helpful. The free WiFi sucks, slow, throddlers back Facebook, Instagram, photos, and games. The cafeteria has limited hours, so pick up something in town, (Bj's Diner is good).
This "hospital" is a nightmare. Worst care I've received anywhere. If you are sick or injured, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I will never step foot in this shady "hospital" again....
Wish I didn't have to give them a star, They deserve nothing...well, maybe a skull and crossbones....
