I recently took my wife into the walk-in for a wrist injury; the soonest we could get her in to an ortho was 5 days later. We opted for the "skip the line" online feature and signed her in there. We showed up a few minutes before her scheduled visit time and they immediately took us in. The staff the ENTIRE visit were soo friendly, and empathetic. We were more than surprised considering many other reviews were border line horror stories. Jennifer took us in and into our room. She was kind, friendly, and concerned. Asked a few questions, took vitals, had great bedside small talky stuff, and went to get a specialist for our issue. It couldn't have been more than 5 minutes later and our specialist came in. She was kind, friendly, patient, empathetic, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Wow. She did her thing, listened and responded to our issues, etc, and ordered an xray. We waited 5 ish more minutes and Connie, an Xray tech came in. She stole the wife away, and they were back in 5 more minutes. The squeeze said Connie was funny, nice, and again, kind. Specialist came back in, gave us some news, walked us through the X Rays, again, sooo knowledgeable, gave us info, and forwarded our info to our Ortho of choice. We were out, where we paid what I would say quite a reasonable fee for the visit, and the gal that checked us out was ALSO kind and friendly. I'm not sure if we just hit the day where all of these ladies were in great moods, the hospital was slower than usual, and we got an Ace of a specialist, or maybe some of the other reviews are biased, or the hospital has responded to bad press and upped there game, but THANK YOU for making our visit the most comfortable and painless it could be given the situation.
