I always look at the lowest and highest reviews of any place or person I am reviewing or looking at. Our experience with Canyon Vista on 2 seperate surgical occasions has been exceptional. The staff has been courteous, professional and attentive. IF I had to give any kind of negative critique, it would be that the food from the cafeteria/dining room isn't "great". But since that is the least concern in a medical/hospital facility, we stick by our 5* rating. There were no "hidden costs", no surprises, and can't say enough about the awesome nursing staff.

Came in with severe back pain. They did a CT scan and then left me in the waiting room for the next two hours. Finally brought me back for blood tests but then left me on the chair for another hour. Wasn’t until I said something until one nurse spoke up and decided to let someone know I was “severely overdue for blood tests” Other patients just going right by. When I said I was going to leave, they decided to do blood tests. Let them do them and told them I was leaving again. The nurse then stated that I couldn’t leave and the doctor had just issued pain meds. Another doctor sitting close by turned and started screaming at me. Told me to leave that I could get out of his emergency room etc. I will never return.

Came in for my 5 year old having strep. Saw us right away and took great care of us. PSR, PA, RN all treated us great. Thanks for the great service.

I highly recommend this Hospital. I went there with a difficult emergency and I was treated with dignity and respect. They were able to diagnose my issues and give me adequate treatment. The architecture is really beautiful and the lobby is amazing it is like a space-age futuristic Hospital. Lots of beautiful artwork super easy free parking. And wonderful views of many mountain ranges in a very uncrowded part of town that was just desert before. It is a very spacious campus and I cannot tell you how much the architecture is so beautiful. Very friendly staff very polite
