The staff at this er were very understanding when I came to them in a lot of pain after going to a different hospital earlier in the day and being treated like the pain I was in was not important. They made sure I was heard and did everything they could to make me comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hospital if you need help in this area.

Receptionist Diana, and security officer Hunter and an unidentified officer greeted me with courtesy, politeness, and sensitivity to my worry. They were cheerful, smiling, and friendly as they performed their professional duties and routine. I appreciated their kindness and genuine caring attitude. In the examining room, I was attended by Nikki C., Becca T., Dwayne, Glory, Dr. DeVaux, Susan, and Pam, all of whom treated me with kindness, respect, and courtesy. They were extremely friendly and professional, explaining everything about the procedures. They were gifted with sincere caring and sensitivity to my anxiety about my condition. These people, these angels are wonderful and deserve much recognition and gratitude for the superb way that they fulfill their duties. Each one of these named people, including reception and security, is a valuable asset to the hospital, and to the patients whom they serve. Thank you, all of you, for your kindness and caring. Sincerely, Georgia A. Midgett

I was literally denied any type of treatment by this ER. These are not professionals. I came in with severe pain from being impaled by a saw palm needles which left a significant amount of the needle within my leg. They took a short look at it, and after pointing out exactly where it was, they said they couldn't see anyhing and said they would not cut it out. I had to drive to Viera to be treated. This was not a case of the ER prioritizing the critical cases either. By the time I entered the front door, I was in a room within minutes. There were only 2 people that looked like they were critically in need. 75% of the staff was standing around cracking jokes.

Worst ER EVER. Be very careful entrusting your health to these people.
