You were caring, kind, helpful and professional, always with a smile. I especially appreciated Karen, Shannon, and one other employee who took care of me when I was first admitted. Fantastic emergency department. 2 hours away from home and got sick. Treated me with respect, got me to a stable point so I could make it home. Doctor was very informative, offered several options and let me decide which direction I wanted to go.

I have seen so many deplorable ERs in my time I developed a panic disorder and reacted horribly when faced with having to go. But my faith is completely restored after coming here last night. The triage nurse was so courteous as well as knowledgeable I immediately felt I was in good hands from the start. I had student PAs and doctors helping me and they were all so very kind and measures of comfort were obtained before I even had to ask. I've never had such courteous and efficient care in all my 58 years! I'm used to disaster level conditions and people lined up in hallways with no one even making an attempt to care for them. No one lying under waiting room chairs on filthy floors dying here. I know larger hospitals dont have the time for care on such a personal level, but the staff here could teach them all a thing or two about simply treating people like human beings. I am so appreciative.

I was taken to the ER 10/11/19 by ambulance from side of interstate. I couldn't breathe. I had CHF and A-FIB. What can I say they saved my life. I've never been in a position like this. I trust these people so much. I can't thank them enough.

We were in Natural Bridge on vacation when my daughter incurred a back injury. Upon arrival, the staff were compassionate and quick to get things done. Our family sincerely appreciates the sense of urgency given to the situation as well as compassionate quality care. THANK YOU for everything.
