The Nurses and Doctor in Labor & Delivery were really wonderful to my daughter, son in law, and I while we awaited the arrival of my grandson. They did everything they could to make sure my daughter was as comfortable as possible!. We were there from 5/8-5/9, and the round the clock staff during that time deserve high props!

Rude, arrogant, lazy, incompetent. This is the worst hospital in the civilized world. Witch doctors in Haiti provide better medical care than this place. There are a few good people who work there but not many.

Because they were unable to verify my Champ VA they labeled me as self pay and everyone’s attitude changed. The NP lady in all green never introduced herself probably because she knows she is not good or caring at all in her job. The girl came in to take my blood right before I was labeled as self pay. She said she’s not sure if she had enough to get the results because I have small rolling veins and it takes about 30 minutes or so to process. Then I was labeled and registered while she was trying to get my blood. Then 2 minutes later the evil P.A. came back in and said I am being discharged diagnosed generalized pain. I said “I didn’t get the results from the bloodwork”. She said everything is fine go see a family practitioner. No test no results. I wouldn’t send anybody here.

Took wonderful care of my great aunt during her stay there. The ER staff immediately took her in and put her on oxygen to help her breathe better. Even the tests were done quickly. Hospital was very clean. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because the rounding could have been better. They would pop in every hour and ask if we needed anything, but seemed rushed and wanting to move on quickly. They were all very nice though.

First time to Cleveland it was a speedy well structured environment. Nurse was awesome as well as support staff. Doctor was pleasant showed interest in my symptoms. Thank you all for a great first experience!
