If I could, it would of been zero stars. A family member was there, horrible care. She couldn't eat on her own, no staff helped her just left her food sitting out. Every time I go I swear the nurses were laughing and being unprofessional. My relative went in for a kidney stone and now is 10x worse since she went in.

Went in around 1:30am March 11th, 2019. They weren't terribly busy. Was taken to triage and to a room. I didn't see the nurse at all, insurance came in to get insurance information and a few mins later a pa comes in. Ask what's going on, I tell him it started with tooth ache and low grade fever. Then my temperature kept spiking and I became very sore all over. I also explained my daughter just got over the flu. He looks at my tooth and says yeah there's some inflammation but no need to drain. That he would give antibiotics for the tooth. He then said it may be the flu or a viral infection, to drink lots of fluids and rest. He left and finally I meet the nurse bringing discharge papers. Didn't do any test, not even a flu test. Not even tylonol for fever or pain. So basically I left in the same condition I came in as. Will not be going back to this hospital ever again. Will either go to Presbyterian in Matthews, or CMC Main in Charlotte.
If you want to waste your, time, money, and insurance this is the place to go!

Had surgery here. Everything went good and doctors/nurses were extremely professional and caring.

My wife had our baby on Dec 25, 2018. I wanted to say we felt like we were home and well taken care of.Keep up the good work guys and big thanks to Lolly Pressley she went above and beyond to make sure our baby was well taken care of. Labor and delivery😃

Inpatient floor stay of one week. Nursing care was lacking and staff at times were rude. Some nurses and assistants spoke broken English and could not answer questions or perform basic care. Not enough nursing staff appears to be a main issue at this facility or they are staffing way too lean to make money for the executives. 2019 update- this hospital has done nothing but gone downhill steadily the last five years. Now we see another mega million dollar name change AND a data breach they sat on for two months. As for Union, the care is awful, the security is awful and the administrators response to issues is awful. Time for Mr. Lutes to go....................
