My wife had our baby on Dec 25, 2018. I wanted to say we felt like we were home and well taken care of.Keep up the good work guys and big thanks to Lolly Pressley she went above and beyond to make sure our baby was well taken care of. Labor and delivery😃

Inpatient floor stay of one week. Nursing care was lacking and staff at times were rude. Some nurses and assistants spoke broken English and could not answer questions or perform basic care. Not enough nursing staff appears to be a main issue at this facility or they are staffing way too lean to make money for the executives. 2019 update- this hospital has done nothing but gone downhill steadily the last five years. Now we see another mega million dollar name change AND a data breach they sat on for two months. As for Union, the care is awful, the security is awful and the administrators response to issues is awful. Time for Mr. Lutes to go....................

I went to the ER on 12/16/2018 at 07:47:00 I had blood in my Blatter. I got in a room right away and the Tech took my vital signs and then a nurse came in and took blood. She was real nice. Then they came in and used a Cather and took a urine sample which was full of blood. Later then
Dr. Mullins came in and said I had a UTI and prescribed Ciprofloxacin and said take this and you can go home. He told me he didn't know where the blood was coming from so contact your Urologist Dr. Linn and go from there. I did the next day and he said did they give you a CT scan.
I said no and the doctor there said you would take care of it. He said they should of given you a CT scan so now I would have the results and would know how to treat you. Now we will have to order one and wait till they get you in before we can do something.

I am scheduled for a CT scan Jan 11th at 2:pm I have to wait that long before they can find out what is causing my bleeding. I thought when you go to the ER they try and find out what is wrong with you. I don't think your ER did much to help me. I should have stayed home and just went to Dr. Linn on Monday. I think I wasted my time coming to the ER.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO. If possible please bypass this hospital and go further down the road. If you can see a Dr rather than a P.A. they're all equally rude and assuming. I wouldn't take my dog to this hospital.

Today, my mom needed to go to the hospital, and while she was getting her scan done, I kept seeing trash or blood stains in the room. In the hospital!

Where my mom is supposed to find out what's wrong with her and get better, not be contaminated by other peoples illnesses or diseases! I'm disappointed in the cleanliness of this place.

Something that was supposed to be in the hazard trash can is laying next to it! Then, the tray they use to get their needles ready had yellow stains. My sister called to complain, and they were snooty, rude and grumbling. Then, this has nothing to do with the structure of the hospital, but even their soap dispenser was taped to the wall. Her blanket was also stained, but I didn't get a picture of it.

But, this has nothing to do with the nurses and doctor that did take exceptional care of my mom. But either way, this place was disgusting!
I am not pleased Monroe Hospital!
